Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa

We just spent 4 nights at the Hilton Mauritius. Despite some apprehension initially with the food choices for Vegan/ Vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised. We were well received y Damian and Matthew. All requests were met including a topper for our bed, extra water bottles and towels etc. The breakfast options for vegetarians was well catered for, we cannot say enough re Stephanie and Deeksha, who made sure that we were taken care of well. I noticed that special care were taken to accommodate others for their meal requirement as well, and the chef and the baker coming in personally at the tables made such a difference. These 2 ladies are a great asset for the breakfast team. I am hoping that they will still be there when we come back next time. Well done Hilton in empowering your staff to take initiatives.

Amazing service from Vishal at Hibiscus Bar

Outstanding beach, clean rooms, comfortable beds and warm and friendly staff. The highlight being the Hibiscus bar! Thank you to the barman and waitstaff for making the trip unforgettable. Special thanks to Vishal, Berlando, Neevesh, Hypolite and Kennedy for the exemplary service!

It was very nice hotel , rooms were amazing staff were super friendly and kind , felt very tropical and luxurious Overall I recommend going to this hotel as you will receive an amazing selection

Just completed a lovely, relaxing and very enjoyable experience at the Hilton Mauritius. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with good quality infrastructure by the coast with decent facilities. I was booked a half board basis which is very good value The food was of a high quality - fresh and tasty at all meal times, with different menus every day at the buffet - Pomme d’amour. Sous chef Catherine M, is absolutely amazing in both manner of approach/interaction and her chef skills. She was very proactive in understanding my food preferences and accommodated all my food requests. She went above and beyond. A talented sous chef who will go far. Tej also worked in the background ensuring all meals were prepared as per my preference alongside Catherine The food was a pleasure to eat and the staff at the restaurant can’t do enough to look after you. Faces who always made me smile and looked after me - Jannick, Vanessa, Maya, Jaya, Poorvee, Nicholas, Warren and Alinah. All of them really make the restaurant experience special and so enjoyable. They always had time to chat and ensure I was happy A special thanks to concerige staff - Giresh and young man Dinesh who did the buggy driving for us, as my family member had mobility issues. All done kindly and professionally. The GM Thomas P was visible at breakfast which was a nice touch to see such leadership. Overall I had a very good holiday experience. Relaxing and very enjoyable
