Wonderful service and beautiful location. Highly recommend!

A beautiful resort with absolutely stunning views. The facilities are clean, plentiful and beautifully decorated, and the whole resort feels very well cared for. What really made our stay special, though, was the wonderful staff. Everyone we met was kind, helpful and responsive. At Senso restaurant, Sebestain was always on hand to greet us with a smile and helped make our stay so pleasant. All the staff at Senso were exceptional, including the brilliant omelette and crêpe team at breakfast! We also received wonderful service from Ravindra throughout our stay. Ravindra was incredibly friendly, professional and understanding, and we really appreciated the care and attention shown to us. The staff and activities at the kids' club were brilliant. We only started using the club towards the end of our holiday, but our boy really enjoyed it and always wanted to stay longer — which says it all! Our room was lovely and cleaned daily by Hari, who was also exceptional. Hari was attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything and made sure our room was beautifully looked after throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Sebestain, Ravindra, Hari and the whole team for helping make our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. A beautiful resort made even better by truly excellent service.

We’ve had such a lovely stay at the InterContinental Mauritius, but it’s the people who really make the difference, especially at the pool bar! Manish has been absolutely brilliant, taking the time to get to know what we like and creating some fantastic cocktails just for us. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that personal touch made every visit to the bar special. And Shouvick – what a legend! He’s constantly on the move, working incredibly hard all day, yet somehow always finds time for a smile, a chat and to make sure we’re looked after. His energy and kindness really stood out. It’s people like Manish and Shouvick who turn a lovely holiday into a memorable one. We genuinely looked forward to seeing them each day. A huge thank you to them both!

Wonderful experience at the hotel restaurant! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Vimla for her kindness, warm smile, and outstanding hospitality. She made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back! ⭐
