I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Ravindra at Talipot Lounge. Ravindra delivered exceptionally high-level service, making the experience truly enjoyable. Albin also deserves special recognition for serving excellent cocktails and spirits. I would highly recommend both Ravindra and Albin for their professionalism, hospitality, and exceptional customer service. They are a real credit to the team and helped make my stay even more memorable. Room Number: 1317 Thank you both for the excellent servic

Would definitely recommend this resort as we came on our honeymoon and it is absolutely amazing. The staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. On top of that the views food and drinks are fantastic! Big shout too Naveen, Ravindra, Suresh, Kuldeep, Shruti, Kevin and Ben for being absolutely amazing!

Fantastic resort, Amazing staff, clean spacious Rooms with great views. The amenities were great with heated main pool and second pool with a more quiet feel away from main pool bar area. Plenty of loungers on beach and lots of seating areas to choose from. They also have kayaks and boat experiences available. The Senso restaurant had so many wonderful buffet options, (the most succulent chicken and beef I've ever had), but there are also 3 a la cart restaurant options (Italian, Asian and Indian) on the resort. We found our All-inclusive package in Oct2026 great value for money. Good sunset location, 15min from Grand Baie and about 30min from Port Louise, 1hr from airport What stood out most for us was the fantastic restaurant staff, they are so attentive and take pride in their work. Ajaypal, Vimla, Surya the chef, Manish, Noah, Wesley, Cedric, Sookesh, Vinod, to name a few, made us feel like VIP guests. We've never experienced such warm and attentive staff and from my hospitality background, I truly appreciate their sense of urgency to just get things done, professionally and with pride. Well done.

We had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental in Mauritius and couldn’t fault the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating throughout our visit, which really made our holiday special. A special mention must go to Chef Renuka, who was the highlight of our trip. She was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and accommodating, and always willing to go out of her way to help. Her attitude and dedication made a real difference to our experience. We would also like to thank Chef Jaywantee, Chef Suresh, Pastry Chef Bikash, Pastry Chef Anmol, Pascaline and Moupiya for their excellent service and for making us feel so welcome. The room was always kept clean, and the hotel facilities were very good. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and steam room, which were great additions to our stay. As vegetarians, we were also really pleased with the dinner options. There was a good variety of dishes, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and the outstanding hospitality of the staff made it even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team, especially those mentioned above, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future

Great property with great views and staff. Everyday they called us to check if everything was ok or we needed anything. Dristi was amazing and helped throughout our stay and fulfilled everything we asked her for.
