LUX* Belle Mare

Wonderful 10 days at the hotel! Beautiful location and amazing staff!

We travelled to Lux Belle Mare for half term with the family and it was truly a trip to remember. We upgraded to one of the Villas and this is what made the holiday exceptional. The team who looked after us and our villa (Kumar, Rao, Rahul and Deoraj) went above and beyond, every day, to ensure we have the best time and it made the entire trip like nothing we’d done before - a worthwhile upgrade and something we’d recommend to anyone lucky enough to also consider this option. To them, the staff at the kids club, the gym. junk art, the coffee station (special shout out to Billal), the beach, and more - thank you for making our holiday in Mauritius so special!

What a fantastic experience at LUX Belle Mare. The resort is beautifully finished and gives its guest a luxurious feel from check in to check out. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully set out and beautifully decorated. We stayed in a Junior suite with our two young kids and had the space to move around freely. The amenities in the room are also carefully thought out and we really enjoyed the turn down service. The food was one of the highlights of this trip. The breakfast had everything you would want to start your day. So delicious and the variety was amazing! Dinner also had such a large variety and you never had to wait for food to be topped up, the staff are very tentative. Which brings me to my next point: The staff, the absolute star of the holiday was the sweet, attentive and welcoming staff. From our arrival we were greeted with such warmth and any request we had, the staff did they utmost best to satisfy. Vjay at the beach bar was always so funny and sweet every time we saw him and Ashveena at the main restaurant took the best care of us, thank you for this. The pools and the beach were absolutely wonderful. The grounds are well looked after. I could not find a fault during our stay, this resort is exactly what you would expect when booking a 5 star hotel. We were treated like royalty and there is no other resort I would want to stay at when I visit Mauritius! As Vjay says, we are family now. Well done to the management of the resort, your efforts are evident in the experience we had as your guests. See you soon.

Amazing stay at LUX Belle Mare. The food and service is extraordinary and the celebration of the coffee culture is outstanding. The hotel roasts their own coffee beans and makes amazing coffee specialities at the coffee bar all day long . Thanks Bilal for the barista course and the great hospitality! We will surely come back!

I recently visited Lux Belle Mare after my engagement proposal as a treat for my fiancee and I. I wanted our stay to feel special so I contacted Jennifer C from the events team who was an amazing help from start to finish. I had a request to add some decorations to our room to celebrate our engagement. Jennifer and her team were brilliant. We spoke regularly through whatsapp and she kept me posted on the requests I made. When we got there, we were dazzled with how amazing they made the room look. Rose petals, champagne, balloons, and more. The hospitality at Lux Belle Mare was first class. Jennifer was in contact even during our stay to make sure our time there was extra special. A massive thank you to her and the team.
