The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa Mauritius

Absolutely fantastic service from the bar staff around the pool! Always friendly, welcoming and happy to help, with a smile on their faces. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. Huge credit to the team – you all made our holiday that little bit more special. Thank you! 🍹☀️ Nass lovish sahil Dylan steevan

This was our second stay at the Westin Mauritius this year, and it was a pleasure to be back. The warmth and hospitality were just as we remembered. Everyone was polite and acknowledged us as we walked by, from the office staff to the cleaners and gardeners. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with all the amenities we would expect from a hotel of this standard. Room service was prompt too. We enjoyed the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of choice, with dishes from different cuisines. The highlight for us was the kids’ club. The staff were wonderful with the children, and there were activities planned every day to keep our energetic young ones busy. Having the children happily occupied gave us a chance to relax and enjoy our time off, which made a real difference to our stay! We had a short stay but it was packed with great experience. There is nothing much we can say about things to improve as we did not encounter any unpleasantness. We are returning guests and we are certainly coming back again. A special thank you to Kavi, Ravi, Rishi, Oumesh, Alvin, Emy and Rosia for their kindness and friendliness.

Wonderful relaxing holiday. Staff were very friendly and great service. Room was perfect clean and very comfortable

Title: A Beautiful Family Getaway Made Special by the People ❤️ We had such a wonderful weekend at The Westin Turtle Bay! It’s one of those places where you leave feeling happy, relaxed, and already looking forward to coming back. For me, the biggest highlight was the kids’ club. Naomi, Megan, Virginie and Anaïs were absolutely lovely with the children. They made sure the kids were always having fun and felt so comfortable that my 5-year-old didn’t even want to leave them!being able to properly relax while the kids are having fun is a real bonus! Our room was beautiful. Waking up to views of the pool and the sea was just perfect. It was spotless, spacious and so thoughtfully laid out, with a separate area for the kids. It gave us space and privacy! A special mention to Rozia, Manisha, Amy, Rishi, Ravi, Umesh and Alvin, who all helped make our stay that much more special. It’s the people who often make the biggest difference, and the team really made us feel welcome. The warmth, kindness and genuine friendliness we experienced are such a beautiful reminder of what makes Mauritian hospitality so special. Despite the size of the hotel and everything that goes into running it, the service was warm, attentive and well organised throughout. Well done to Mr K Lutchmiah! An of course, the food! We’re a family of foodies, so this was important to us, and we absolutely loved it. There was a great variety to choose from, with something for everyone, including the little ones. What we loved most was that everyone had a great time. The kids were happy, we got to relax, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel right at home. Thank you Westin - you really got it right. can’t wait to come back!

Westin Turtle Bay is a true gem of beachfront luxury on the north-west coast of Mauritius. The property itself is fantastic, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional hospitality of every team member. Special thanks to Riya at the front desk for her warm smile and seamless, caring check-in and check-out, to Kamini for outstanding housekeeping, and to Prashant, the efficient Indian chef, whose food was a highlight. Our stay from 18–21 October 2026 was truly memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Westin Turtle Bay to anyone visiting Mauritius.
