The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa Mauritius

★★★★★ An absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! ✨ The property is truly classy, elegant, beautiful and extremely well maintained. Everything is clean and well looked after, and the staff are genuinely attentive and take great care of their guests, always with kindness and warmth. 🥰 And when it comes to the food… honestly, there is absolutely nothing to complain about — everything was top-notch! The meals were excellent and the dining experience exceeded our expectations. 🍽️ I would especially like to thank Deepa, who works in the kitchen, for her incredible kindness and thoughtfulness. ❤️ One evening, we arrived well after the end of dinner service, and despite the late hour, she took the time to prepare several delicious dishes for us and carefully packed them in takeaway boxes so that we could eat and go to bed feeling satisfied. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. 🥹 A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, kindness and professionalism, and a very special thank you to Deepa! We will definitely keep wonderful memories of our stay. 🌴✨

One of my best holiday experiences - heaven! The resort is stunning and I love the interior/decor. Everything is open and so warm, cozy and chic. Huge rooms and a beautiful bathroom with great views. Bed was super comfy and big. What I appreciated the most are the staff. Everyone has a smile on their face and you’re greeted by name on a daily basis, by all members of staff. They stop to have a chat and are happy to answer any questions and help with enquiries. Superb service and attention to detail! Definitely trying to come back!

Our stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Mauritius, was absolutely incredible. It was a deeply memorable and pleasant vacation, and we had an amazing experience throughout our holiday. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our butler, Roshan Sobron. His hospitality and enthusiasm were outstanding. He took perfect care of us, flawlessly arranging our activities and itineraries during our stay. Roshan's exceptional service made our trip stress-free and unforgettable. He is a true asset to the Westin team! Thank you for the wonderful memories, and we cannot wait to come back.

My wife and I decided to spend our 15 year wedding anniversary in Mauritius. We also spent a lot of time researching where to stay and as an architect I am always looking to stay in cool places with an architectural presence. We are well travelled and know what we like! This place came across our radar with good reviews and we finally decided to book it for a week. What transpired was beyond our imagination and blew our minds in terms of experience and luxury!! What makes this place tick is their staff and how they treat their guests in every way possible. At the heart of this hotel is their GM Kavi that runs this resort like a well oiled machine! We were lucky enough to meet him and have a dinner experience with him on the final 2 nights. They really go out of their way to make it special and keep it fresh! We can honestly say to anybody looking for a unique and special experience, do not look any further! Regards Chris and Juanine Hattingh
