Zilwa Attitude

We arrived on the 13/10/26 for a 10 night stay. Our first impression was “wow” what a stunning outlook view Fantatic hotel, spotlessly clean & great decor No complaints about the food in any of the restaurants , wide range of choices & staff very friendly & helpful A special mention to Satyam in the main bar who’s service & cocktails were first class. Also a mention for Avinash Kulpy & the always smiling Nekhil. Big thanks also to Diksha from Housekeeping who kept our room spotless Last but not least Veronique for caring & making sure we were well fed & looked after Hopefully back October 27 to see guys again

This is a lovely hotel in an incredible beach setting. There is also a separate island where you can have a BBQ lunch accessed by boat every 30 mins. The water is very shallow so you can walk over out a long way. The hotel catamaran trip is fantastic and quite cheap. We did this twice as it was so good. We had great meals in the restaurants that you book. However I'm disappointed to report that we were unhappy with the food in the buffet and beach restaurants. The food was barely warm and very bland in flavour. The hotel is spotlessly clean and room cleaning was great. The bar service at beach bar was great and friendly. The main bar was hit and miss, and occasionally not very friendly. It's a shame as most of staff were delightful but let down by a few of the staff. We therefore will not be coming back.

From first day till check out, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the resort. The staffs, the food and the atmosphere made our stay more pleasant. We shall come back again. Thank you for everything ❤️

Celebrated my birthday at Zilwa Attitude in Calodyne, and it was the perfect spot for a family getaway with my children. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel right at home.

Good family resort, with some issues, but excellent follow-up from customer service I stayed for 4 nights in a Family Room. The strongest aspect of the hotel is clearly the kids club, with well-organised activities and a very friendly team, especially Kristell, who did an excellent job with the children. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly affected by the way restaurant reservations were handled. I contacted the hotel about a month before my trip to ask for recommendations on how to make the most of my stay. They took around 15 days to reply and never mentioned that the restaurants required advance reservations or that they could be fully booked several days ahead. Upon arrival, I received a letter stating that pre-reservations had been made, but when I checked, I discovered there were actually no reservations at all. Apart from one restaurant, everything was fully booked and we ended up dining at the buffet almost every night. Breakfast was good and varied. Dinner was acceptable, although several dishes advertised on the menu were often unavailable. The rooms are comfortable but nothing special, and soundproofing is poor, making it easy to hear what is happening in neighbouring rooms. The water sports and leisure activities are interesting, but many finish early or are only available once or twice per day with limited places. The private island is a nice concept, although in my opinion the additional cost of lunch was not justified by the experience. After posting my initial review, the hotel contacted me personally to discuss my experience and explain some of the issues I had encountered. I genuinely appreciated the way they listened to my feedback and took the time to follow up. For me, good customer service is not only about everything going perfectly during a stay, but also about how a hotel responds when things do not go as expected. Their follow-up left me with a much more positive impression and is the reason I have updated my rating to 4 stars. I will be returning to Zilwa, and I hope that next time the overall experience will match the excellent customer service I received afterwards and turn this 4-star review into a 5-star one. Overall, a pleasant family resort with some areas that could be improved, but I greatly appreciated the way the hotel responded to my feedback.
