I would like to to thank and in that process hope the list of people who generally made our wedding and holiday so special they honestly are such a great credit to your hotel staff. Miguel,eddy,giovanni,angel,carmen Laura, Manuel,Rodrigo, edwardo without these people I don’t think the time would have been anywhere near as special

This was our 10th trip to GB Akumal in 13 years I was very disappointed this time the level of luxury we were used to didnt exist bars running out of spirits and not replenished a la cartes were a nightmare to book children in adults only section the swim up rooms and suites are fantastic mini bar was never restocked its a real shame we wont be coming back again it was always our favourite place for holidays Hyatt need to do something we spoke to a lot of regular visitors and said the same they wont return one good thing Tequila hotel is fantastic

I’ve been a loyal Bahia Principe guest in Mexico since 2004, always at the Black‑bracelet level. But after hearing about the merger, the loss of loyalty status, the staffing shortages, and the overall drop in service quality, I decided to switch things up and booked the Iberostar Maya Suites instead. At this point, I’m seriously considering joining the Iberostar program and making it my new yearly destination.

Just returned after our 5th visit, Food was horrendous compared to previous years, drinks Horrendous compared to other years, I have had a an upset stomach for 6 days and still suffering, we was told Hotel was running at 42% and you could tell, Al La catre restraunts running at a minimum so couldnt get booked, unless you paid, I was charged $10 dollars for the waiters to sing Happy Birthday and a shot of Tequila, never been charged before, still very clean and room was nice but the cut backs ruined our holiday we will never return

It was a holiday to remember both my parents celebrated their 70th birthday in Mexico a holiday never to forget, the guest service were fantastic and went above and beyond thank you to Carolina and Issac, the spa staff worked miracles thank you Sara and Caroline you we both fantastic hopefully see you next year we will be back can’t wait thank you all amazing staff they are amazing
