Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner was the worst I’ve experienced at this hotel and this was my fifth visit food cold choice poor felt like we was complaining every day would I go back? No and I feel sad saying that as I’ve been there so many times. But unfortunately, I will not return.

Easy check in all staff very nice and polite rooms very clean cleaning staff very good A LA cart restaurants so good and staff very professional we had a brilliant time only downfall was after we used the restaurants we were left with the buffet which we kind of got bored with also the pool bar some days could,nt get to it as guests congregated rather than. Getting there drinks and moving so other guests could get to the bar otherwise brilliant holiday made to feel very welcome will definitely return to mexico .

If they offered a free holiday to that place i wouldn't go, wildlife everywhere even in the restaurant on the tables at the drinks station, in my opinion this is not a 4* plus hotel 2 at a push food wasn't great

Just don’t… the staff lies to you, they’re under staffed, under construction, you’ll wait 2hrs or more for a buffet table… you’ll be lucky if you can even book your INCLUDED restaurants! The smell of sewer gas overwhelms the whole living area, the cockroaches on the ceiling are very unpleasant… save your money and save your special occasions for something better!! The beach is a steep drop into seaweed and rock… no lounges, no umbrellas, just a dirty shoreline.
