BlueBay Grand Esmeralda

Very disappointed with the food I spend 4 days eating hot dogs, meat very hard, all meals very cold. No cheese, not a lot of fruits

The Kids Club at Blue Bay Resort was one of the highlights of our family vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and professional, making our children feel welcome and safe from the very first day. There was a great variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, sports, and fun educational programs that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. The facilities were clean, colorful, and well-maintained, creating a fun environment where children could make new friends and enjoy themselves. We especially appreciated how the staff engaged with each child individually and ensured everyone was included in the activities. Knowing our kids were having such a great time allowed us to relax and enjoy some much-needed downtime. Our children couldn't stop talking about their experiences and were excited to return every day. We highly recommend the Blue Bay Resort Kids Club to families looking for a memorable and stress-free vacation experience! PS. My kids couldnt stop raving about Pamela and Eli at the Kids Club . They are great assets to BlueBay
