Alicia and Miguel and Anahí are amazing.

Super great experience! The activities were all super fun including bingo, karaoke and the Mexican show!! Safe was all super welcoming especially Ivan and Jhovanny. Rooms were cleaned everyday and noise level was very quiet in the rooms!

All the workers were very welcoming and made sure that we had the best time while we stayed here. Shout out to Ivan and Jhovanny!!! Food was good drinks were great, beach was amazing.

Small friendly hotel. Good, tasty food but not a vastly wide selection. Two nice à la carte restaurants, Japanese and Italian available on alternative nights by booking at Guest Services on the morning you would like to dine. Standard twin room was cramped for three adults but paid a little extra to upgrade and was much better. Nice clean pools. Good choice of drinks but no menus. Quieter location but easy access to transport and many trips and activities. Repetitive activities and entertainment in hotel. Found the whistle blowing during the aqua-aerobics very annoying. Hotel backs onto a gorgeous beach with a few piers. Hotel offers amazing, reasonably priced massages on the beach, definitely would recommend. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
