Hello, We hereby make a formal request for the refund of our hotel payment in the amount of CAD $2,964.24, which, according to our bank statement, was credited to your account on August 10, 2025. Please be advised that the reservation was properly cancelled in person on December 6, 2025, through the staff member on duty at your hotel’s reception desk.
