We have stayed in Cancun a number of times, so in comparison to some of the previous hotels we’ve visited, this wasn’t the best one but we did enjoy our stay. The hotel felt much more like a European-style resort. It’s a small resort, the rooms are quite small, but they are cleaned daily. The hotel, pool, and beach were kept very clean. The food was okay in all of the restaurants, the hot dogs and burgers were amazing! Most of the staff are really friendly and do a great job of creating a lovely atmosphere around the resort. A special mention has to go to Juan, the manager, and Angel, the entertainment lead, who were both fantastic and really helped make our stay enjoyable. The pool unfortunately dyes clothing green and it hasn't come out of some of out swimwear which is frustrating. I would advise not to use new/good swimwear for this reason. Overall, whilst this wouldn’t be our first choice compared with some of the resorts we’ve stayed at in Cancun, we still had a lovely holiday. There were plenty of positives to enjoy, and we wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again.
