Catalonia Royal Tulum

Diego, Leo, Eddie, Lalo, Pau, Quetzabel, Angeles go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and included. Because of them, our stay was excellent. There are so many activities each day to participate in that introduce you to other guests! Make sure you say hi to them during your time at Catalonia Royal Tulum!

Our stay here was better than anything I would have imagined. The staff was beyond kind, accommodating, cheerful. We’ve stayed at many all inclusive from all over and I can say that this is one we would definitely revisit. What makes this different is the incredible staff. From Quetzabel, Angeles and Alex at the steak restaurant to Betz at the Mexican restaurant, their kindness and hospitality makes you feel so special. The staff worked tirelessly on the beach as well. We had a stormy week so the sargassum was turning up but they continuously raked and removed it for hours. The beach was my absolute favorite beach of all that we’ve been to. (Bahamas, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, St Marten) the only thing I would recommend is bringing bug spray or something to deter mosquitoes. They get a little aggressive at night. The staff also had “Off” but if you wanted to use something different, I would pack it next time.

Excellent service at the aqua pool bar with Eliazar and Willy thank you for all those yummy drinks

Great experience! Loved the resort and the staff was super friendly. Angeles, Quiztabel, and Elias were the best!

Leo, Eddi, Diego, Pau, lalo gave us the best Time on our vacation. Never gonna forget it and recommend it to everyone. They are so nice and helpful
