Crown Paradise Club Cancun All Inclusive

We stayed at Crown Paradide Club in Cancun for 2 weeks in October 2026. This is our first time in this resort but not first time in Cancun area. My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort. We were never bored in the 2 weeks. Let’s start with the positives. The kids club and the whole sports and entertainment team are A+. They all work really hard to keep you and your kids entertained. We want to specially mention Jacky, Melissa, Pamela, Adrian, Daniel, Marcelo, Daniel, Giovanni, Alfredo and Oscar. Jacky, Melissa, Pamela (along with Bianca and Gloria who are also super nice) run the kids club and then they perform on nights still giving their all! The shows are entertaining even after watching them 2x (same rotation each week), we still were entertained. The genteemen on the other hand, run the fun stuff in and around the pool. The water polo games were always fun. There’s also big water slides, rock climbing and zip line. There’s always something to do. Worth noting tho that the kids club is not a full day drop off (like some other reaorts) but that was perfect for us. Parents can stay with their kids at Kids Paradise during the day. And on nights, they have themed activities you have to sign up for and those are drop offs. These activities allowed my husband and I to have “date nights” in the French restaurant which is adult only. The food in the a la carte restaurants are really good. This hotel does sea food well. The buffet food is also good but you get kinda the same thing over and over again. The other positive thing is the service from the restaurant servers. They are always very nice whether you tip them or not. Special mention to Luis, Rubicel, Antonio, Alexis, Elizabeth and Jairo at the snack bar. Now on to the not so nice ones. The hotel and the resort needs updating. Our room bathroom has some cracked tiles and could use re caulking around the tub. The sliding door to the balcony was initially really creaky and stiff but that was immediately fixed when we reported it immediately after arriving (which was pretty impressive). Our housekeeper Angel also noticed that the toilet seat was loose and had it fixed immediately while we were out of the room. The elevators are slow and felt like a sauna when there’s more than 5 people inside. Some of the common bathrooms have peeling paint (in fairness, it’s really humid in the area). Some of the games can use some updating too. The billiard tables are not even. Having said that, you can see workers all around painting, fixing things and rooms so I think they are in the process of updating? Would I go back to Crown Paradise? For the price that we paid, I would. But we got a good deal after multiple days of browsing Expedia. If I paid the initial price listed when we were looking, then I probably would expect more. Again, the sports and entertainment team especially the ladies who run kids club are who made this vacation a fun one.

Wonderful French restaurant on the crown paradise club hotel. The food was amazing, the service was brilliant, friendly and engaging staff.

Nice location with sea view. Very peaceful and comfortable. Lovely rooms and pleasant servers. Miguel was fantastic.

We have had the most enjoyable family holiday at crown paradise club. Kids ages 5,7,10. Check in was quick and smooth all reception staff were lovely and was greeted with smiles and always happy to help. The day time activities have been so much fun and a great bunch of people joining in and making it enjoyable. Activities are suitable for all ages. Oscar has been a great host as well as Adrian, Marcelo, Daniel and the other guys. Favourite pool activity is water polo. The shows at night are very good (although a little late and my children keep falling asleep as they are at 9pm) favourite show has to be Michael Jackson. The staff put in so much effort and energy into every one of them. They are great dancers and performers - well done guys 👏 Staff at the kids club are all lovely and have a very secure system for all children special shout out to Bianca for being my little girls "bestie". The kids waterpark is perfect for young kids. Waterslides are so much for for all my little girl could go down them no problem with armbands on and she is 5. Games room had lots to do and never had to wait long to get on things, mini golf was fun also. My favourite restaurant is the fishermans the steak is lovely and cooked to perfection, we told the waiter Ray how nice it was and he offered us a second meal which we accepted 🤣 Buffet restaurant has been fine we have managed to find something at each meal time. Favourites - breakfast pancakes and syrup and fruit, lunchtime cheese and onion toasties and fries and ice cream cones, dinner roast beef and fried mashed potatoes with pineapple upside down cake. Thanks to David our waiter who always helped us and our kids commented on how nice he was, he would fist pump them and woot woot and always had a smile on his face. Bar staff very helpful and can't do enough for you special shoutout to Victor and Ruby for going above and beyond. Victor would bring drinks over without being asked and Ruby got me change for my pesos so I could leave tips for staff. Water activities on the beachfront are great experiences. Beach is beautiful and jumping in the waves has been fun! Beds are comfortable, room is clean and maids are excellent. So happy to have found this hotel and made the right choice for this to be our holiday this year! We have met loads of amazing people both staff and families on holiday. Our kids have enjoyed making friends every day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone I've spoke to at the resort have enjoyed their stay also. Only negative was having to come home and seeing our kids upset as they won't see their friends again 🥹
