Crown Paradise Club Cancun All Inclusive

We attended the lobby and collage bar several times during our stay. Every time we were served by some exceptional staff. Rafael and Sebastian always gave us fantastic drinks and the service from Lucia and Ruby was always brilliant. Ruby was always really friendly and she always looked after us. The drinks recommendations were always to our taste.

Enjoyed my 10 night stay here with family however I feel there is a few things people who were thinking of staying here should know before they go.The hotel rooms are spacious with air-conditioning & comfortable beds & Sea views, but the Hotel is fairly basic over all and not a luxurious hotel.Getting around if u have mobility issues is difficult as there are very steep ramps for mobility scooters which i used during my stay but was nervous as they were so steep. You can hire a scooter through the hotel for €300 for 10 days.The Staff are very friendly, in Particular Roger, Caesar & Hector.Im not a fussy eater at all but the Food overall was fairly poor im very disappointed to say, Certain types of food were lovely but others were not, even though they have different restaurants throughout the hotel, the food was basically the same in each one.The shops in this Hotel are absolutely extortionate with very expensive prices for everything. Location is 20 mins from Airport which is great, however if you want to explore outside the hotel,its not in a good location, there is nothing outside only the main road & a very expensive garage/ shop down a bit from the hotel, accross the main road. The hotel is located on the Beach which was very difficult to get down to if you have mobility issues as there is 2 Very unsafe wooden steps to climb down, (forget about it if you are in a wheel chair ) & the sea was very rough with lots of seaweed & (Red flags not safe to swim) during our entire stay. We enjoyed our stay here but i think id prefer somewhere that's not so isolated away from everywhere in Cancun and the food was nicer and the shops in Hotel were not so expensive

Amazing experience, food was incredible and our server Luis was the most friendly and attentive waiter, even making time to see that our 8 month old was happy. The manger was great and tbh the whole experience was amazing and if you go try the chicken wings and the ribeye steak absolutely incredible! I’ll be returning soon!! Thank you so much from myself and my family to all the team and especially luis at Wayne’s boot!

The staff were professional and friendly. We were spoiled by Erwin at the reception, he would have any type of answer. The resort was clean and the kids loved the activities.
