What used to set Dreams apart, much of that has gone to the wayside. From the little details from the welcome as you arrive, to the guided experience in the hydrotherapy has all gone away. They are now more focused on those who will sign up for their UVC club and others are made to feel like they don't belong. And if you decline their UVC club because you don't want to put $5k down that day, and generate a $500 monthly payment, you are disrespected.

The animation team is amazing we had so much fun especially with Kevin and is team.

Amazing atmosphere for family, the kids loved it. The entertainment team is amazing, specially Kevin, he has an incredible energy that contageous everyone around it. Thank you very much Kevin, you made our stay much more happy and enjoyable.

Luis the bartender is amazing! He served us at the swim up bar and the preferred pool. We would come back just to chat with him and be served by him!

Great family resort, lots for everyone, food is good, entertainment is great. Kevin and didi and the rest of entertainment crew are amazing.
