Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort

Really Enjoyed the entertainment staff, they made the stay fun not only for the Kids but for the Adults too. Jessica moved volleyball from the beach to the pool for us, which was very much appreciated by many of the Guests, and she made the games fun for all parties involved as well. She also made the kids time in the Teen Zone fun and they really enjoyed it they told me, she made bracelets with them, just sad I didn't get one. Ricardo also was a good part of the entertainment crew and made the games fun as well Ricardo at the Pool (Concierge) was more than helpful with getting chair and reservations, and went out of his way to accommodate us. Service was excellent and went out of there way to accommodate us. (Pool bartenders, restaurant servers) but I can remember their names to give them specific credit.

Jessica and Ricardo are the best on the entertainment team! Made the trip so engaging and fun.

Amazing at accommodating food allergies. Amazing food, beautiful location, and the staff is absolutely the best with customer service.

We had an amazing family vacation and truly loved the food and the service we received! We were specially blessed to have had service by Hibran, Cesar and Samuel, as well as Will, Daniel, and Rodrigo. You can not go wrong with this report: the beach, the food, and most importantly the people who serve you are absolutely fantastic!

We were stay at Secerts Playa Mujeres and came over to Dreams for Dinner at Gaucho's everything was delicious the staff was amazing! Before dinner we checked out the Padel Court I was invited to come back for a few games unfortunately rain came in for a few days, finally Saturday my last night at Secerts I was able to come and play a set. Bryan, Gustavo, Aburto were fabulous to get a set in with. Lots of fun!!
