Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort

Great trip! This was our second trip back to this resort. We aren’t the pickiest family so to us this resort checks a lot of the boxes. Kids have lots to do, they finally opened arcade to our kids ages (10-7). The variety of pools is also a huge plus. You can go down to the swim up bar pool for loud music and party atmosphere or hangout above the grotto which seems more family oriented and quiet. The entertainment staff is just fabulous. They always were cheerful and getting us involved. Shoutout to Toni, Ricardo, Jessica, Alex and Ryan!!! Kids loved your team. Favorite restaurant was Groucho, the Brazilian style where they come around and shave meat onto your plate. One complaint this year is that now 3 restaurants require reservations instead of just 1. Also I think it’s silly that the adult’s restaurant men have to have closed toe shoes. Why can’t I were nice pants with leather sandals when I’m in a beach destination. Overall you will not be disappointed with this resort. It’s amazing and so much to do. Golf is also amazing fyi. No one on the course when we played

This place was great. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by Juan and he made me feel very welcomed, he even remembered my name the entire 6 days I was there. All the food was amazing and the staff was among the best I've had

I want to thank Juan the balk hopper. We were blessed with his services coming and going. Thank you for your service. Was a wonderful pleasure. I definitely will recommend Dreams Playa Murheres.

Juan was awesome. He was very helpful and informative. Kind and pleasant. Good person as well.

This hotel previously was a luxury resort but no longer is. It needs to be renovated. The pools were rough and we all got cuts. In terms of the food, I got food poisoning from fusion. The service and the steakhouse was also non-existent. I don't think I'll come here again. The only reason we chose this was for the children's water park and conveniently and unannounced it was closed for renovation the week that we came. Had I known this, I would have canceled and gone to a different resort.
