Great Stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun! There were eight of us in our party that just returned from Dreams Riviera Cancun. I'm in a wheelchair and found the resort very accessible. There are some steeper ramps, like getting into the main lobby and going to some of the restaurants, but the staff was more than accommodating and always willing to help. My room was accessible as well. The food was good. I tried several of them. I had breakfast at the buffet every morning where they make cook-to-order omelettes.A big shout-out to two people who made my stay extra special Mauricio, the manager at the World Café, was extremely helpful throughout my stay. He helped me get my food and made sure everything was perfect. And Flor, the waitress who helped me every morning. She was so pleasant, kept my coffee filled, and took care of anything I needed. Thank you to both of you for doing such a great job! We hung out at the adult pool most of the time. The pool was nice, clean, and quiet. Another shout-out to Israel, the server at the pool, who did a great job keeping our drinks filled throughout our stay. The entertainment staff did a great job of putting on various activities throughout the day as well as the evening shows. All of the staff did a great job and the resort was clean and well-maintained. This is my second time there and I would definitely recommend it, especially for families with younger kids.

Everything was great had a wonderful time everyone was friendly and helpful the employees in the gift shops we're so friendly

Very good for family with children dreams and secrets are very highly recommended for the food, attention and amenities, we are members of Hyatt and we are very pleased with our membership.

The staff were great. We enjoyed playing archery with Oscar one of the entertainment team, he was very helpful and thought us how to do. Enjoyed my stay here very much.
