Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa

Love it, great time. Went with family of eight. Me, wife and boys ages 10 and 6 had a great time. My parents and brother and his wife stayed in the adult side. The food was really good. We opted in for the family show. BRAVO, and it was great! The kids club was amazing, my boys loved it Luz, Camila, Isa, and Renya, who ran the club, were great with them. Our butler's at the family select Sandy and Rocio were amazing. Set up a bubble bath for the boys one night and the whole place outside the adults only was very kids friendly. The adultonly was very fun as well

The room was nice, staff was friendly, checking in was easy, and in most ways it was a nice stay. The problem was the food. I am a vegan, and they were absolutely terrible at accommodating me. I would ask if a food was vegan, and they would say yes, and then I would ask if it has milk in it, and they would also say yes. They had spoons cross-contaminate, and none of the food was labeled. Everyone we talked to was positive and helpful, but didn't know what vegan was and inspired no trust in what we were eating. I also heard from others who had a similar experience with different food preferences. I would not go back.

fun time, great pool and beach, decent food but not allergy friendly, staff need to be more informed on what has certain allergens or labels should be provided for gf/df/ egg free etc. all the menus have inconsistent an incorrect allergy labels room was designed nice but smelled of mildew and mould. there were also little hairs in bath and sheets which I found gross. otherwise, the seafood is good, the clubs were really fun, resort area feels clean and nice. great beach. I had a great time.

The staff are always great, but the management is getting worse. We did not receive our PTC member entitlements (private check-in, fruit plate, excursion) and were offered nothing in return. Very disappointing.

Jesus & Giancarlo, this duo made our experience amazing. Their room service was top notch!!
