Emiliano was the best!! The water aerobics class was difficult, but so fun! A great way to get a quick workout and earn your next drink!

This is an experience unique, the team of palladium do feel like you estay in house, recommended totally, in our next holly day we come back

The name says it all! It’s very GRAND! We stayed for four days for a weeding, and it was good and enough. There’s a lot to experience on site, restaurants, pools, but Not much entertainment at night, maybe missing a week/ weekend schedule. Shuttle on wheels and on boat are available not often but very easy to get around. Walking is longer to go to some places. Food and drinks were good! The workers are very nice! The rooms or big and nice! There’s nothing near the hotel so keep that in mind to rent a car or uber everywhere you want to go.

Location is good, the room was good, the value was good, the atmosphere is a family vibe

We stayed here as part of a wedding party. The check in process took forever, we couldn't go to the buffet till we checked in but there were no rooms available at the time of check in for us and the lines at each station were 6-8 people deep. The property is very large, they do provide transport but it is not effectively run, so you will either wait long times or bring good walking shoes. Pools are great. Music is nice although at times overwhelming when they place a large kids even right next to a romantic water side bar with loud, blaring kids music. For the wedding they were clearly overwhelmed with logistics, the bride booked this place as a Beach Wedding but ended up never getting beach photos the day of because they didnt' just have the golf carts to get around. The biggest issue was our room. They were rehabbing the connecting room and fumes from the wood sealant would come under the door. These were highly toxic smelling and drove us out of the room several times. At night it made it nearly impossible to sleep. We had to open the balcony door, use the mostly broken screen to keep out what mosquitos we could, which would then turn the air conditioner off. All and all it seemed we were just not considered, if the workers knew, wearing masks and doing it later in the day so they could get out, then they knew the smell would be bad. The walls in the main building are concrete yet paper thin, so listening to mating rituals late at night was... a thing. .... or listening to someone who clearly drank way too much was highly unpleasant as well. All and all I would not stay here again unless I had too. It has such great potential but clearly needs a team to come in, consider everything, and start fixing stuff. If any of the hotel management stayed in a room for a night or two, it would be obvious what needed to be fixed.
