This was the 3rd all inclusive I've stayed at. I would say the facilities are really nice. The quality of food and customer service were not what we had experienced elsewhere, but for the price it's a nice relaxing get away.

We love this resort - been here a few times as Travel Club members. The facility is immaculate and gorgeous! Food is excellent. POP activities are fun and engaging. What keeps us coming back is the service and people. Every staff member is pleasant...no joke...every one we encountered was friendly and helpful. With each trip though, some do stand out. Carlos Juarez (TC pool/beach) and Rocio ( FS 12 butler) went the extra mile. Thank you for a wonderful week and see you again soon.

Beautiful location and grounds are well kept. Logistics and quality of service are in need of improvement. Quality of food and service at restaurants needs to be improved.

The place is beautiful from front To back . However one highlight of my trip was the drinks and nobody made better drinks then " Mayte " she is a bartender by the front reception desk great customer service 👌
