Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa

We signed up for the guacamole making class with Emiliano, Miseal and Christopher, after a few hours in the pool this was the perfect afternoon activity before dinner. The class was fun and informative and even if you think making guacamole is easy you will learn a few things and have some fun. Thanks so much guys for the great afternoon.

Location was great. The atmosphere was terrific. The rooms were spacious and wonderful.

Very informative and entertaining both Angel and Rosy were great hosts

Very clean. Friendly staff. The spa was wonderful. Nice rooms, but several outlets didn’t work. I enjoyed the paddleboard lessons. Would have liked more activities included in the all- inclusive.

It is completely exhausting to spend your time and money only to end up managing the hotel's internal staff issues instead of enjoying your stay. When the front desk is indifferent, the concierge leaves you hanging, and the kitchen is highly inconsistent, it means the property is suffering from a fundamental management breakdown.
