Hotel Platinum Yucatan Princess

I would encourage guests to not IMPOSE their personal music on other guests. Please use your earphones. If you experience such a situation, go directly to the concierge, they will deal directly with that guest with a security guard. We did not have any problems with anything else, except the very loud music at the "quiet" pool. There is another pool that has a multitude of activities and loud music. The hotel supplies music at the "quiet" pool, but the level of the sound is controlled. Room - nice and clean. Buffet - for breakfast and lunch varied and good. Restaurants à la carte - very good. Beach - during our week - we had no sargassum Seaweed. I would recommend this hotel.

Huge shoutout to - Martin, Luna, Malu, Elia, Rhamz, and Jony were all amazing. They were so friendly, fun, and always brought the best energy to the resort. They made every activity enjoyable and really made our stay that much better. Such a great group of people and a huge part of what made our trip so memorable!

I really enjoyed the fun activities at the pool! The entertainment team, especially Ramsis and Elia, were so friendly, energetic, and welcoming. They made the activities even more enjoyable and helped create a fun atmosphere. Great job to the entire entertainment team!

Booked 1 week with this resort with my family. This is my 2nd time in the resort and I love it. My family loves it too and its their first time. Food was awesome like usual and staffs were very friendly. Marcelo and Amoury were awesome and very friendly. So is Martha and Luna from Entertainment department. We had a great time on their foam pool party. I highly recommend this resort.

Had another amazing experience at this resort! My Platinum swimout was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff cleaned every day, and left clean bath and beach towels. My fridge was restocked every day, too. Staff here is absolutely amazing! From Israel greeting us by name and with a hug was the greatest start to our vacation as we arrived. Our server, Bryan, at the buffet was absolutely amazing every day. He is so kind, funny, attentive and just an all-around great human. Karen (a.m hostess) and Ersain (p.m. host) at the buffet were also very kind and attentive. Salatel, our p.m server at the buffet is attentive, friendly, and exceptional. Marcelo, Flavio, and Javier were also attentive, friendly and helpful. I've known Marcelo and Flavio since I started coming here. David, who cleaned our pool was also exceptional. You can tell he takes pride in his work. And, Roberto who maintained the pool chairs and pool area also did an amazing job. And, finally, Fernando at the coffee bar at the plaza. Perfecto!! PYP is home away from home for me. Staff is truly like family to me! That's why I come back year after year...and will continue to do so!!
