Ocean Coral Turquesa

Lovely hotel, amazing food, absolutely lovely cafe (Mike's), lovely friendly staff, I personally loved the quiet pool and the gym, my 7yr old daughter fell in love with Lluvia at the kids club and had a brilliant time with her for two weeks, my teen sons loved playing water activities in the fun pool with the bar. Foam pool parties were much fun for all. The Sensai and Mexican restaurants were lovely too, though a bit of a struggle to book them. Privilege folk also got ahead of us. Unfortunate about the seaweed situation too and the hotel could have definitely done more cleaning so it doesn't mount up so badly, though it wouldn't have been possible to get into the sea either way, given they couldn't use nets due to the local coral reef. Booked an amazing boat trip via Fransisco at the water sports hut by the pool. He was great to find us a good private boat to Isla Mujeres. Beautiful beach out there.. A trip to Chichenitsa and senote is a must for all. Overall, a great family holiday. Would love to experience it with beach access outside the seaweed season and also after the planned refurbishment.

can't say enough about the kindness of the people here. In a world where real hospitality is rare, this hotel gets it right. They remembered small details, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and treated me like family rather than guests. You feel the family atmosphere in the best way. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The staff was top notch! Carlos- my butler 5 stars Ricardo pool - server- amazing Privilege staff- simply the best Housekeeping- just “wow”- especially turn down service Life guards & dive team- supreme- I can’t wait to go back!!

We were treated extremely well throught our trip but the very end was the highlight of it all we dined at the blue moon and had an absolutely amazing experience we were helped thoroughly by manager Juan taking pictures of us and chef Marcos made quite possibly the best French onion soup I have ever had and I cannot stress enough how the waiters Aurelio, Marisela and Alets tended to our every need I will always recommend ocean turquesa to the day I die

We spent the week being treated to excellent Privelage Butler Service from Carlos! He was so helpful and attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We are looking forward to our next holiday trip here and will seek out Carlos when we do! Also, the rest of the resort staff were also very friendly and helpful. We recommend this resort to anyone.

Had a lovely time these past ten days. The resort was very quiet which led to relaxing days at the pool! Carlos was our butler and took excellent care of us. He made sure to check in and adjust our dinner reservations to keep our flow of the day relaxing. We appreciated his attention to detail and adjustment of our check out time to help us maximize our last day. We noticed him taking on extra responsibilities grabbing us drinks and towels when he didn’t have to. If you can-ask for Carlos, you won’t regret it! Another shoutout goes to Lluvia at the jelly clubhouse she was great with our two kids and they enjoyed going daily for kids programming. She kept them well sun screened and hydrated and I felt so safe leaving them in her care. Each day my youngest would ask to go back to see her.
