My wife and I just got back from a week at Ocean Maya Royale Adult Only Resort in Playa del Carmen and I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for a resort that truly makes you feel valued — this is it. Customer Service is NEXT LEVEL From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Not just polite — genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive. You can tell they work incredibly hard and take real pride in what they do. Every bartender, waiter, housekeeper, and front desk team member greeted us with a smile and remembered us by name. They made us feel like family, not just guests. That kind of service is rare. Food - Amazing The food was great across the board. Every à la carte restaurant was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Lots of variety, always hot, and never felt repetitive. The buffet had something for everyone, and the service in the restaurants was fast and professional. We never had a bad meal the entire stay. Beach, Weather & Resort Grounds Beach conditions were absolutely perfect — clean, soft white sand, ocean was perfect and free of sargassum, plenty of loungers. We spent hours just relaxing and swimming. The weather was beautiful the whole week, and the resort itself is immaculate. Pools are spotless, grounds are lush and well-kept, and being adult-only makes it so peaceful and relaxing. Overall The Ocean Maya Royale Adult Only Resort is a great resort, period. Perfect mix of relaxation, great food, beautiful beach, and outstanding people. The staff is what truly sets it apart — their hard work and hospitality made our vacation unforgettable. The entertainment staff is the best Susana, Gustavo, Moises, viridiana, victor, Irving and carolina ever, Miguel and Diego from the bar

Every year we come back because everything is very incredible in this hotel, from people to attention. Mainly in this place We especially love the entertainment team they are amazing our favorite is Susana always so kind and attentive too. They are all amazing (Gustavo, Viri, Moises, Victor, irving and carolina). Bartenders are also very funny (Jonny, Miguel, Moises and Panchito).

Irwing is always in a good mood, funny and so lovely. Thank you for everything!

Irving WAS THE BEST! El fue alma la de la fiesta!! High energy, super friendly, couldn’t have found a better host. My wife and I were given great service from Irving. I would only say beware of all the salesmen at the pool.
