Riu Palace Las Americas

Just returned from our trip and first time at this resort. Loved everything about it. Beautiful resort, awesome staff and food was excellent. Nick and Catalina were great and Miguel at the pool was so much fun. I will be returning. The only one complaint is people saving chairs and the beds early in morning by putting towels on them. Despite signs that state no saving allowed. It was difficult to find chairs after 8am. The staff should remove towels from seats and beds if no one is there for an hour.

This resort is amazing! The food was great at the buffet, as well as all the specialty restaurants. We enjoyed every meal. The staff was so friendly and professional. They always had a smile on their face and kept our drinks full. We especially LOVED Ernesto at the Theater Bar. He was so fun and interactive with us. He made every night a special time with great memories. We all enjoyed the cappuccino bar in the lobby area. They had great macaroons and bakery items. The girl in the morning making coffee was always so nice! We spent time at all the pools and the beach. The resort has a nice layout that you can enjoy all the areas and not feel crowded, but also not walk a long distance. Miguel with the entertainment staff was a lot of fun with water aerobics in the morning and an amazing dancer at night in the theater show. We have been to a lot of resorts, and this one definitely ranks up there as one of the best. Especially with great value with the price. The resort was very clean and felt fancy, but comfortable. Our room was perfect. Nothing overly fancy, but we didn't spend much time there. We were extremely impressed with everything and have no complaints. I would recommend this resort to anyone!

We think this is one of the best resorts that we have been to in a very long time. Riu Palace La Americas. Your staff is outstanding specialists Miguel the entertainer. I and my friends do the aqua fit every day with him, except Saturday. I think the food is excellent, the cleanliness is very important and the young staff that you have go out of their way to make us feel included in the activities. But two young people that I have been most in contact and that I feel are the best on the staff are Jocelyn and Miguel! We love them both! They are wonderful!

This hotel is one of the nicest friendliest hotels that we have stayed in in a very long time everybody everyone puts themselves out to make sure you have a wonderful time. We especially appreciate Miguel who bent over backwards to make sure we were exercising and also just kept wanting to be friends and friendly with us. You better hang onto him because he is a treasure remember that and one of the reasons we’re coming back is because of Miguel he made us so much at home. I think I’ll kidnap him and take him home with me. He could be one of my grand grandchildren, one of my grand.

Today we had a yoga class with miguel. He was very very very good and the best instructor in all mexico. Other than that he is also great at other activities and make the hotel so much fun for everyone
