Royalton CHIC Suites Cancun Resort & Spa

First time staying at a resort and loved it! Samara and Gilbert were the best butlers who made our experience incredible. Genuinely wouldn't have been the same trip without them. The staff was amazing (all except for one single bartender not wanting to serve a man who was on the bachelorette trip with us that put a sour taste in our mouth.) The room was great and the pools were so fun. Would come back!

This was our second visit within six months of each other. We returned a second time because of how great our first experience was.. and our second experience was even better. We were diamond club and I highly recommend diamond club if you appreciate personal service, your own beach area, places to relax away from the crowd, high end liqour and rooms with a view! Our butler service was top notch and our experience was really enhanced by our daytime butler Stef and her partner Diego, Stef went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, including dinner reservations, room requests and other minor things that came up throughout our trip. Other notable staff that made our trip extra special include Anna, Santiago the beach butler, and Daniella in the moonlight lobby bar. We can’t wait to come back again in another six months!

Fabiola in the lobby área was so helpful all of our stay. We good to be back soon.

Staff is very friendly and super helpful. Carlos Aguilar by the pool was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of . He definitely made our stay way better.

We came to celebrate my sisters birthday. We book a Diamond room and our Butler Sandra was there to greet us and guide us throughout our trip. Great location on the beach and ammenities were good. I did not give it Five stars since the level 18 is not always inclusive. For the most part you have to book a cavana or beach chairs and pay a minimum comsu.ption charge. Only a few non chargin locations. On party days you may have to pay for your drinks even if you have Diamond rooms. This was a let down. During the hip hop party the bar started charging after 10 pm.The day time pool parties really need to improve. Having two dancers and a dj does not make it a party. A lot of young crowds left. Braulio at the roof top was great when we booked a cabana for my sisters bday. Thanks Sandra for your attention to details. We enjoy the service at the Diamond pool. Special shout out to Ana and Donis..
