Royalton CHIC Suites Cancun Resort & Spa

It was a good trip, despite the rain and the slow elevators, great service great food , Gilbert my butler was awesome, and live live band and good music was excellent. I can’t wait to come back

Ive been reading reviews on Royalton Chic for months prior to going on my trip and I must say I truly don’t get the bad reviews. I will start out with my check in, once I arrived i was taken into the back as part of the Diamond club package (which I highly recommend) and offered a drink and food until my room was ready. Even tho I had the sunset view room it was a great room and very clean. As part of the Diamond club you get two butlers, I had Iran and Sandra. Iran and Sandra did a great job contacting me daily for anything I might need or to make reservations for dinner. All of the staff at the Royalton were very extremely nice. The service I got anywhere i went was astounding. If you are going there for quiet find another place, everyone at Royalton is there for good time. I had no issues sleeping at night because of any noise issues. The food at the buffet and the restraints was good i thought. The grounds are very nice and the beach was great. They had activities daily and they were very entertaining. I was there to have a good time and I did. Only thing that sucked was the rain. I will definitely be back, the Royalton might be my new favorite place to go.

Royalton is nice, good experience except the segregation among who can afford the Diamond club. It does not make sense to put a barrier between 2 types of people within the hotel.
