Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

Tello was very prompt with the delivery of our room service order. Everything was nicely placed on our dining table. Tell was very pleasant and friendly.

The resort itself is very nice warning. Do not get caught up in the sales pitch that they try to give you. They will waste time. They will promise you deeply discounted prices extra cabanas and if you’re not interested after their sales pitch, you will not get anything. They say their sales pitch is 90 minutes in reality is it is much longer.

The food was horrible and there was sewage smell around the hotel. Very bad customer service.

A bit disappointing for an Autograph Collection hotel. The food was mediocre and mostly bland. Our room was definitely in need of repairs. The tub was stained and the metal on the jets corroding. In our swim out, much of the grout had turned black or was gone entirely. There was a mildewy smell out there. Our room had a cupboard door that just popped open and tripped us in the dark. The shower was broken and had mildew in the corners, the closet light flashed on and off all day with no way to turn it off. For the cost, I was disappointed. The staff were all lovely and the best part of the experience. For the cost, it was not worth it. Would not stay here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the end of September in a DC swim out room and we had a great holiday. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our butler Daniel was awesome to deal with, it was my girlfriends birthday and they did an amazing job of decorating the room for her and she was so happy. We had slow service at one restaurant for supper but still enjoyed the meal. One negative would be the lack of A/C in the Agave restaurant or even an open door for some airflow. All in all it was a great holiday and we would not hesitate to stay here again
