TRS Coral Hotel

Absolutely incredible, the TRS Coral feels like paradise! We just returned from another incredible stay at TRS Coral, and once again, this resort exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at TRS Coral before as well as TRS Yucatan, so we already knew we loved the TRS experience but this we brought my parents along, and watching them experience the resort for the first time was so much fun! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely taken care of. Every single person we encountered consistently went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. There are so many people I want to recognize: Henri and Reyes the bellmen, were wonderful and always so friendly and exceptionally efficient at getting all our bags to wherever they needed to be. Lilly at front reception was fantastic and made our checkin experience so smooth and fun. Our building butlers, Eladio, Yessica and Yuri, were absolutely amazing and made sure we had everything we needed (and more!) Brandon, our PTC pool-area butler, was also fantastic and always checking in on us. A huge thank you to Santiago and being patient with us practicing Spanish at breakfast in Capricho and Pedro at lunch in Helios for taking such great care of us. And of course, Marisol, our room maid, kept our room absolutely perfect throughout our stay. We even came back to our room one evening to find rose petals arranged on our bed — such a sweet surprise and just another example of the little touches that made this trip feel so special. We also had the pleasure of doing the kitchen tour with Dante and Corinna from the POP team. It was SO much fun, but also genuinely interesting and informative. We loved getting to see a completely different side of the resort and learning about everything that goes on behind the scenes. And speaking of the resort itself...... WOW. TRS Coral is gorgeous, I don't even have the words. It truly feels like you're staying in paradise. The grounds are beautiful, and we loved that there are so many ways to explore them. You can walk, take the golf carts, or even take the boat, and we did all three! There was always something to discover. We ate at all of the restaurants on the TRS side during our stay. Our favourite was the French restaurant, with Italian and the steakhouse very close behind. The weakest meal for us was Mexican night at Capricho, purely from a food perspective, but even that was still a fun evening thanks to the live mariacchi. We also had a wonderful sushi meal on the GP side at Sumptuori (book sushi not tepanayaki if you want sushi). Also don't sleep on the pizza grill by the pool! We almost overlooked it, but the pizza was really good and I regret not ordering there sooner lol. One thing we definitely recommend at the restaurants is to ask what their specialty drink is - we had some really fun drinks that way. Our Jacuzzi Loft Suite was absolutely perfect. We were in the very last unit in Building 2, and the view was mind-blowing. Waking up to that view every morning felt surreal. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and exactly what we wanted for this trip. We also made LOTS of use of the spa hydrotherapy. If you're considering adding it to your stay, definitely ask about packages and negotiate a good deal - it was one of our favourite ways to spend time at the resort and such a relaxing experience. We were lucky enough to have lots of hot, sunny weather, with a couple of overcast/rainy days mixed in. Even when the weather wasn't perfect, there was always something to do. We explored the resort, spent time at the pool, enjoyed the restaurants and spa, and even wandered over to the Grand Palladium side to visit the village, check out the shops, sports bar and coffee shop. One of the highlights of the trip was taking my parents to Chic Cabaret. They had absolutely no idea what to expect, and they were completely blown away. We had been twice before (once at TRS Coral and once at TRS Yucatan) and it is still such a fantastic night. Definitely don't miss it!) What really sets TRS Coral apart for us, though, is the people. Beautiful resorts are wonderful, but it's the staff who turn a vacation into a truly memorable experience. From the bell boys to the butlers, restaurant staff, housekeeping, entertainment team and everyone else we interacted with, we felt welcomed, cared for and genuinely appreciated. Our only regret is that we booked seven days. Seven days was simply not enough! By the time we were leaving, we were already saying we needed at least four more days. There was still so much we wanted to do, see, eat and experience. Thank you to everyone at TRS Coral for another unforgettable stay. No hot water for 2 days broken sink faucet, lack of gift in room for club member and not given even after mentioning it. Placed in the worst possible room even though they were at 60 % capacity, bathroom cleaned with dirty cloths on more the one occasion, no recognition for a special occasion even though it was setup with the butler... a 60th. birthday was ruined...

Just got back from a 14 night stay, we’re from the UK and travel as a couple Have been to Mexico a few time so had high expectations of the TRS Coral, it didn’t disappoint First off we upgraded on arrival, had already sorted it by email 1 week before, check in was a breeze,,however they do want you to become a member, it’s not a timeshare, they ask for a meeting at the beginning of your holiday, we did go along, was longer than an hour, just under 2 hours, we got $250 worth of points to use at the spa which turns into a 25 min massage, it’s on your invoice at the end and they knock it off the bill The hotel is amazing, the staff, grounds, food all could not fault, if you asked you got, lots of beds at the beach and round the pool. Bring mosquito spray, we don’t usually get bitten but did here Restaurant staff are amazing, never have an empty glass may it be water, Pepsi or Mimosa Raul and Sandra at Capricho were our favs 🥰 Noe at Durado was brilliant, explained all the food options and again our wine glasses were never empty I wasn’t fussed about trying Sumptuori, however tired it twice, first one was the show and the second one was Al carte withe the lovely Annmaria, made our visit worthwhile Now Chic 👠👠👠was fantastic, from the show outside all the way till the end, no stopping these guys, worth a visit, the menu wasn’t to my taste as I’m not a fish eater, however the main meal was lovely and I didn’t come out hungry, just a tad drunk And last but not least, our butler I had read a few comment on here and the Facebook site saying they couldn’t get hold of their butler, we had the best butler ever, JIMMY, he went above and beyond for us, if we asked him something and he didn’t know he would find out and come straight back to tell us, he was in constant contact with us, maybe not by watsapp but he was always around the hotel, pool or at his desk, so if you can, ask for Jimmy, he’s the best, I feel like we all like a bit of normality when where away and Jimmy was our normal Thank you TRS Coral and staff for making our holiday the best, we will be back

Overall trip is good, the property is updated, and the people are very friendly. The drinks are great, some of the food places are very, very good and I would recommend it to others other than the one negative experience that we had with our money being missing.

Stayed 14 nights and was sick for 10 of them. Food quality is sub par. Adults only isn't exactly right lids are everywhere as most of the hotel isn't adults only. Few problems with the rooms just doesn't feel luxury. Corridors are loud
