This was an amazing experience. Antonio the waiter at the beach is amazing and makes you feel welcomed. The food is amazing compared to other resorts we have been to. At the buffet we meet Noe. He just knows how to get your day started. What a smile 😃 The staff is very friendly and Will help you with whatever you need. Manuel is the concierge he was the first person to greet us and wow made us feel like home !!!! We are now members and will be definitely coming back !!!!!!!!!! Thank you Viva by wyndham

I would not recommend Viva Maya by Wyndham to anyone. Our stay was disappointing from start to finish: ​Unpleasant Odors & Construction: There is a bad smell throughout the entire hotel. On top of that, the property is currently under construction, which completely ruins the relaxing vacation atmosphere. ​Aggressive & Deceptive Sales Pitch: During the first few days, we were cornered by staff trying to sell us a membership. The pressure was extremely inappropriate: they forced us to show the logo on our credit card (whether it was Visa or Mastercard) under the pretext of offering a 15% discount on future stays. They even pushed us to justify our financial situation and explain why we didn't want to spend more money with them. To make matters worse, the promised 15% discount was never even delivered, as it came with hidden extra conditions that were never disclosed to us beforehand. ​Unreliable Wi-Fi: Every night after 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM, the internet connection was completely cut off. ​A total waste of time and money. We will not be returning to any Viva Maya.

Azael at the bar mexical has made our honeymoon extremly amasing... He always had a smile on his face and really made a difference in our trip. Viva Azteca was our choice for a honeymoon and we have absolutely have no regrets.The grounds are beautiful.The staff is wonderful as well as the food! Thank you Azael!!!!
