This hotel has the perfect location - walk out the front door & you can see the entrance to the old town. Rooms were a good size & clean Pool area fantastic Service was always good The only food we had was the breakfast & there was plenty of it which people seemed to enjoy but I didn’t BUT that’s just personal opinion I would definitely stay here again & definitely recommend

First impressions of this 4-star hotel were good. The location is perfect for the Old Town, and our room overlooked the Old Town. Despite the central location, there was no noise from cars, which was a real positive. Unfortunately, the service was very poor, and the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. During our stay, the room was only given a very basic service — the bin was emptied, the bed was made, and the towels were hung up. The floor wasn’t swept, and the basins and toilet weren’t cleaned. The shower walls looked as though they hadn’t seen any cleaning product for months. The minibar was empty, and although there was a kettle and cups, there were no spoons and no tea or coffee. When we went to reception to ask about this, we were told to buy our own coffee from the shops and get spoons ourselves from the restaurant. We were also told to speak to housekeeping ourselves. the toilet seat was broken which we reported but to our surprise nothing was done, lucky we had two toilets in our villa. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service throughout our stay. Not once did a member of staff ask if everything was okay, offer help, or even simply greet us with a smile. For us, this was a 4-star hotel with 2-star service. The location is excellent, but the cleanliness and level of service need significant improvement.

We are now on day four of our holiday and are extremely disappointed with the standard of housekeeping and the facilities provided. So far, the “housekeeping” has consisted of making the beds and folding the towels. The sink, toilet, shower and floors have not been cleaned once since we arrived. That is simply not what we expected from a four-star hotel. There is also a kettle in the room, but no tea, coffee or milk whatsoever. Why provide a kettle if guests aren’t given even the most basic refreshments to use with it? To make matters worse, there is no basic iron available for guests to use. Instead, we are expected to pay for a laundry/ironing service. This feels unnecessarily penny-pinching and is not the level of convenience we would expect from a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel is falling well short of the standard we expected. Basic cleanliness and basic guest amenities should not be considered extras at a four-star property. Very disappointing and certainly not the level of service we expected when booking this hotel.

Just back from an excellent weeks stay. Hotel is spotless and huge plus in the most perfect location right next to the old town. Plus you get access to your own beach in front of the hotel. The only slight negative is that the steam/ sauna which is free to all guests only opens at 12. The gym is great and that opens at 8 For people saying staff were a little rude remember English isn’t there 1st language. A special mention for the concierge. What a cracking chap who was so helpful when it came to advice on taxis and anything else….really helpful

I am a woman travelling with two friends and the beach in front of the hotel apparently is private? So they can’t step foot inside the water ???? Absolutely ridiculous! I paid for the hotel, I am drinking at the beach and it’s currently empty - but friends can’t join me - ridiculous behaviour.
