Hotel Soa

The rooms were not maintained .our wardrobe was not accessible as a channel was broken ,so we Could not use the safe ,the towel rod was broken Staff was pleasant but i think the owner needs to look into the upkeep of the place . Location is great

Good location on the edge of Durmitor national Park, handy for the walk to the Black Lake. Bit odd being opposite a building site and the coach park for the entrance to Durmitor but comfortable rooms Gains a star for the jeep tour round Durmitor organised through reception. Bogdan was a great guide and the scenery is magnificent

Located at the edge of town on route to black lake. Great access to many places of stunning views. Overlooking an old abandoned hotel which slightly distracts from the wonderful surroundings . Easy stroll to bars and restaurants. Pleasant atmosphere with very friendly staff. The waiters in the restaurant very good. Room was a little tired, however well laid out with a separate area to sit and relax. Food was good and a good breakfast selection. There no gym, but you just need to go out the door if you want some exercise

This is not a big hotel but it is a very nice hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in a room that had 2 double bedrooms + a lounge area (that also had a double sofa bed in it). The room itself was good - it was on the first floor with a small balcony but because it was at the back of the hotel, the view was not great. One of the bedrooms was a bit warm (but a combination of the a/c in the lounge and opening the windows at night meant it wasnt too much of an issue) and the tv took a bit of figuring out but we got there (we were able to watch uk tv programmes on you tube) Breakfast was very nice with a buffet and eggs cooked to order. No gluten free bread or cereal however but enough other options for my wife so that was ok. The hotel is really well located right at one of the entrances to the durmitor national park. It is an easy walk to the black lake from the hotel. The surrounding area is lovely - we hiked, went canyoning, horse riding and did via ferata. Lots to do - we had a great time. Would stay here again. Wasn't perfect but it was well worth the price.

We stayed one night whilst visiting the sights of the area and were very happy with this hotel. We were the only ones staying there so we were upgraded to the family suite. Not the biggest or most luxurious room but it was comfy, plenty of storage, bathroom was lovely, facilities amazing and staff were helpful and friendly. Dinner was really good and breakfast was excellent. Recommend this for a great stay in the area. Photo from the room, lovely bar area and amazing breakfast 😊
