Stay away from this hotel if you are a Brit. There is a distinct difference in treatment if you are a Brit to the treatment you get if you are a German. I'm here now with my girlfriend and am absolutely livid. We have been here four days of a seven day holiday and have booked one of the most expensive suites they offer. We are next to two identical rooms. We have a huge balcony overlooking the beach. It's a great view. On day two I noticed the couple next to us had sun loungers on their balcony. Makes sense, the balcony is perfectly set up for them. I asked reception if we could have some brought up to ours. Flatly refused. Not possible she said. I asked why our neighbours had them. She told me they owned the hotel!! I went away and asked our neighbours who were, yes, German, and thankfully spoke great English and told me they were not the hotel owners and had simply asked for them to be brought up to their balcony. Day four and neighbours to the left, German once again, had sun loungers on their balcony. Again I went to reception to be told that their room was different. No, it is exactly the same suite. Again, flat refusal, again told it was not possible. I told them they were discriminating against customers and that this was not fair. Nationality of the receptionists on both occasions? Yes, German! This outright racism has ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. Knowing that you are being discriminated against because of your nationality is disgraceful. If you are a Brit, stay away from this hotel. They've clearly got a grudge and favour their German guests, of which there is a huge majority, quite openly above you.

A wonderful hotel. The place is stunning. Great service and friendly staff. The breakfast was nice with lots of choice, to be served and also serve yourself. Rooftop pool and terrace is just stunning! And drinks are not too pricey €7.60 for 2 decent sized beers. We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was immaculate. The whole place was lovely and clean. Now to the negatives which are no fault of the hotel. Our suite was looking on the side of the main road. Traffic is bad and lots of beeping and noise constantly. They are also building apartments next door and out view was just awful and spoilt. The builders started every day at 7am, banging and shouting. Which was annoying. But as I said the hotel cannot control local building works. The area is nice in places and other parts are rundown a little and need a lot of renovation. Maybe in a few years when all building works done etc the area may be stunning.

Me and my partner stayed here on the 8th floor for a week. The staff was so welcoming and lovely through the stay and offered us a complimentary drink whilst we checked in whilst waiting for our room to be ready. There was a lot of selection for breakfast and the pool view was exactly how it was portrayed in the photos. The pool bar food was also really nice. The location was perfect, with old town only being around 15 minute walk and would definitely recommend to go to Mogren Beach. With it being my partner’s birthday during our stay, I spoke with the staff if they could do anything and I said I would pay for it and without hesitation they offered a complimentary bottle of champagne and a cake. I would recommend this hotel to anybody especially through Jet 2 🙂

a very pleasant experience. we returned after many years and we were once again very satisfied. the resort is excellently located. the staff wonderful always ready to help with anything, down to the smallest detail. the food is very abundant with plenty of choices. the cleanliness and comfort of the room deserve the highest appreciation. the mattresses are extremely comfortable. we have alredy booked for the coming weekend.

This hotel was perfect for us. My husband, our 7-month-old son, and I stayed in a junior suite on the 8th floor and absolutely loved it. The room was amazing, spacious, comfortable, wonderful view of the sea and just what we needed. The staff were all so warm and genuinely friendly, and they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, especially with a baby. We took turns doing the combination massage, and honestly, it was one of the best we’ve had—and we’ve tried quite a few places. Our therapist, Mzia, was AMAZING. Also, shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk who took the time to explain all the packages clearly and made everything easy for us. All the staff in the hotel were very accommodating, friendly and respectful. They were friends with our son :) Overall, such a lovely stay—we’d definitely recommend this hotel.
