Just returned yesterday from a fantastic week at this hotel. After a long wait to cross the border from Dubrovnik into Montenegro we were feeling a bit stressed however that immediately changed when we arrived in our lovely room and saw our view! It was breathtaking and I would never tire of it. We paid for a premium location room with sea view which was definitely worth it. We were looking for a relaxing week away to celebrate my friend’s retirement and this hotel was perfect for that. The most chilled we have felt for a long time. .Fantastic choice of food at all meal times so even the most fussy eater would be able to find something. The staff were fantastic in the restaurant and bars. So friendly even though they were very busy. Nikola the bar manager and his roommate who works in the restaurant, that called us his flowers of Scotland 🤣 ( sorry I never got his name) deserve a particular mention. Lovely guys. The whole hotel is spotless and our room was cleaned daily. I’ve saved the best till last however. Our weather was not the best but the amazing animation team brought the sunshine on the cloudy days. They are exceptional. They made everyone feel included regardless of age. Omar( who I would happily have adopted because he is such a fantastic guy), Maria, Esfir, Lido, Stacy, Anna and the young redhead that I never caught her name) they make this hotel extra-special. Cannot sing their praises highly enough. We loved you guys. We hope to return and hopefully we will see you all again. Keep up the great work.

We’ve just returned from an amazing holiday and from the very first impression, the views were absolutely stunning. We actually chose this holiday because of the Iberostar hotel, and we certainly weren’t disappointed — the standard of these hotels is superb. Our room overlooked the beautiful sea with breathtaking mountain views. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with all toiletries provided. The only small downside was that the bathroom lighting was not very good. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic and always very helpful. The entertainment team were absolutely amazing, and I’d especially like to mention Omar and Ester — they are a real asset to the hotel. We chose to book our trips with Bobana, who is located by the steps and towel area. She is amazing — so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about Montenegro. We did several trips with her, and they were the highlight of our holiday, especially the trip to Kotor where we took the cable car to the top of the mountain and experienced the Alpine rollercoaster. It was absolutely brilliant. The standard of the food was excellent. We loved all the themed nights, and the quality and variety of the food were fantastic. The waiters in the restaurant were always welcoming and happy to help in any situation. Most of the time we were looked after by Melicia, who is such a lovely, caring waitress. The Bar staff were also great and Jacko was the best at cocktails. We had the most amazing week and would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you to all the staff and team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.🫶🏽✨🌟✨🌟

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great views while swimming in the bay at the hotel. Aco, the chef cooking an impressive variety of fish, offered a great and friendly service as did the welcoming staff at the pool bar and all the restaurant, reception and housekeeping staff. Thanks also to Marko for information on Montenegrin specialities and for recommending the fried dough, which was great. Flautist played some great tunes at the pool bar one evening. Water taxi from the hotel to Herceg Novi is great as is the blue cave and submarine tunnel tour. Fantastic hotel and very much enjoyed our stay. Room was great and very spacious with great facilities and a fantastic view from the balcony over the bay. Thanks so much to everyone at the hotel for a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is pretty nice. If you don’t mind lots and lots of steps up and down from your room to the pool or to the restaurant for breakfast/dinner. If you have a disability or difficulties walking I probably would not recommend it. The hotel overall was really nice, had beautiful scenery, we had a garden view room and was perfect to wake up to this view&the Mountain View. We stayed here for 3 nights and I would say that was a good length due to the location of the hotel itself and with the trek to the pool/bar etc. There was evening entertainment every night which was good as nothing else around the hotel unless you get the taxi boat across to Herceg Novi (although it is €15 pp return). The all inclusive was a nice touch and there was plenty of choices although it was a bit repetitive so we wouldn’t have wanted to eat there every night. Overall it was definitely a brilliant hotel, nice spacious rooms, shower was nice and powerful, with a separate toilet. We would definitely stay again if visiting this area.

I’m writing this on our v last evening at the hotel. Great points The view :breath taking The staff :Starting with the friendly welcome received at check in/reception. No queuing, no waiting just seamless. Explanation of the hotel resort, map, room keys and questions answered. Handed over to the staff who took us in the golf buggy plus our luggage to our room. Staff lovely and friendly everywhere always willing to help and wanting you to join in with the activities they have put on for you. They make it as fun as they are able to. Our room: We overlook the Bay of Kotor with our room . Lift easily accessible. Fresh filtered drinking water on all floors. Covered bottles to refill to eco friendly. Beds comfortable. Food: excellent a great choice at every meal. The concept is v good and it really is a lovely hotel, from the little coffee shop open for early / late check in for light bites and hot/cold drinks which is brand new this year - Btw it’s lovely coffee at the hotel Minus points : The hotel is NOT disabled friendly so don’t come here if you have issues with stairs - don’t think, I’ll get round it .. you won’t TV - one English Channel - news that’s it ! Come on guys please get some English spoken tv channels on the tv at least 4-5 you have German, French etc give your UK customers some tv channels for when it’s raining as it does occasionally Now the hotel and ALL activities (other than spa) are outside - nothing indoors so you’re absolutely stuck on a rainy day or when a storm comes in. You still have to get to the restaurant in the rain etc so - somehow that needs to be got around You need to hire a car, use the fairly expensive (but very good) water taxi service, get a taxi to get out and about or book a trip (there are two Tours sold via hotel : I’d totally recommend - the lady who sits by the pool towels sells them - Bay of Kotor all day trip by boat (Petar Boats)- make sure you take a jumpers it’s cold and a Montenegro full day tour inland via Trend Travel - two lovely guys Deano and Micha took us for a 12 hour day around Montenegro this trip is also sold by the lady who sits with the pool towels sells pick up/swap over point Hence only a good It’s not for the want of all the staff who to be honest make this place, they’re lovely and can’t do enough for you - great all inc food (buffet style) The management need a few tweaks and they’re at 5 stars all the way TV channels English ones Courtesy Bus to Herceg Novi and back Indoor entertainment Venue Slopes for disabled access In saying all this we’ve had a fab first visit to Montenegro and will be v sad to leave tomorrow
