Radisson Resort Ruza Vjetrova

Very disappointing experience. Not all rooms look like advertised. Management is rude, service is bad. Breakfast and dinner are horrible. Don’t opt for half board, better to eat somewhere else.

During our six-night stay at Radisson Ruža Vjetrova, we experienced a very disappointing situation at the beach. It all began when the son of another guest approached us and asked if we could move from our sunbeds because his mother wanted that specific location for religious reasons. We felt this was an unusual request and politely decided to remain where we were. The following day, the same family occupied the area before we arrived. On the third morning, the situation escalated further, and we asked to speak with the hotel management. The hotel manager listened carefully to our concerns, acknowledged that the situation had been handled poorly, and spoke with the other guests. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel refunded the cost of our final night’s stay. Although we appreciated the manager’s professionalism and efforts to resolve the matter, the experience had already affected our holiday. We therefore decided to end our stay one day early and move to the Hilton for the remainder of our trip.

We stayed here for the first time and honestly, I was impressed from the very beginning. The hotel is excellent, the team is young, enthusiastic, and truly professional, and everyone works with a positive “can-do” attitude that makes guests feel genuinely welcome. For someone who has spent many years in the hospitality business, I can say without hesitation that this place stands out. The staff are attentive, helpful, and always focused on guest satisfaction, which makes the whole experience exceptional. A real diamond in Montenegro.

Suffice it to say that I happily return here every year. A hotel with a soul. Lots of greenery, peaceful, relaxing. The kindness of the staff, the rooms, the view, the food, the sea and the coast, the seawater pools, the additional programs are all at a high level.

Quite and warm relax in a such nice hotel. Hotel is surrounded by very green environment, huge own territory, a lot of places to enjoy sunbath.
