We checked in via WhatsApp. We were provided with a digital code. We did not see any staff until we checked out. The room was lovely, very spacious. Beds were soft. Pillows were more like cushions than pillows. We were on the first floor in the corner next to the store cupboard and vacuum. Bathroom small but clean. Sheets were not changed daily although staff had been in our room as the bath mat was replaced. There was no milk for hot drinks but the hotel doesn’t provide it. I switched the lamp and the kettle on and the power tripped, this was sorted very quickly. We had vouchers for breakfast but I wished we had gone elsewhere as the choices were limited and only tea/coffee included. Overall it was within walking distance of everything, clean and quiet.

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Using Uber App, It was only £8 from the airport. £8 to the Salt Mines and £40 to Auschwitz-Birkenau -(Book tickets up to 3 months in advance from their website as they do go quickly)

Basic accommodation but clean and in a good area for exploring Krakow. As a 70yr old it was a little trying to get my suitcase to the 3rd floor without a lift but my fault for not specifying a lower floor. Everything went as planned although at no time during my stay did I ever see any staff at the reception desk.

I left a review on here in September 2025. Please read it / Also the 2 recent reviews on breakfast / I agree wholeheartedly. I emailed them after my stay - still waiting for a reply and have stopped holding my breath

The only positive with this venue is the housekeeping staff. Do not pay for breakfast, and do not believe the pictures. You will receive some vouchers for the rubbish place next door. The menu is ridiculously limited. If you would like butter, an extra slice of bread, juice or more than one cup of coffee or tea, you have to pay extra. Save your money and walk across the street. For 1zt more than the price for this travesty, you will receive a full breakfast buffet without hidden costs. There is no bar or restaurant on site as they claim (there are a million of them in the area), no ventilation in the rooms, and the spa is just a phone number you have to call. Good luck trying to book anything through it. The rooms are not soundproof, noisy as hell during the weekend evenings,no smoke detectors in the rooms, and the standard appartments are not the same. Room 21 and 23 were supposed to be the same, same price, but 21 was half a size bigger. Book anywhere else than here!
