Baltic View Resort & SPA, a member of Radisson Individuals

We loved the hotel and location. our suite was spacious, very clean. Stunning interior, staff was very friendly. We had an Absolutely lovely stay. The spa is great.

I’m going back to this hotel, hopefully next time will be better organized regarding the benefits for the Radisson members.

Impossible to reach over the phone. Agreements made with staff are not honored. And we got the wrong room, without any intent to resolve the problem. Parking is super problematic. No breakfast restaurant, you have to eat it in your room. Insufficient cleaning found hair and dirt in the room.

Great place and only recommended!! Since the hotel was newly built, there are still a few small things missing that you can expect from other hotels. But we almost experienced a shell last year, so I am sure that the final work will be perfect. Good luck and success to the operators!
