Factory Resort

I didn’t like the place. 1. The courtains had marks of cigarettes. Yak. 2. Kids friendly, which is good- but also dog friendly. I noticed even big dogs in the establishment, like a rottweiler - to me it creates a danger to the people, especially children. Some were bringing their dogs to the restaurant for a breakfast time. Not happy about that. 3. Thin walls without proper sounproofing. If some family in the another room got up before 7AM, then we also had to get up… Overall - way overpriced for the experience we had.

The place is new, clean and tidy. A beautiful swimming pool with extra children's pool. This was unfortunately used for the babies nucht, which allowed our use nucht. The room was large, due cleaning was daily. Unfortunately no storage facilities in the shower. The food was dyrschschnittluch well suited even for vegetarians. Selection with lots of fruit. Overall 8 out of 10 points. Staff at reception very friendly without restrictions. City tours could be booked from the hotel, also top. Definitely very family-friendly. For us as a couple rather less.

Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel. Jest zdecydowanie naszym ulubionym. Byliśmy już tutaj trzeci raz i wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Polecamy pobyt ze śniadaniami i obiadokolacjami. Jedzenie jest przepyszne, jest bardzo duży wybór. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje są nowoczesne i przestronne. Jest świetna strefa basenowa i sauny. Dzieci były bardzo zadowolone z animacji i sali zabaw. W hotelu można też wypożyczyć rowery. Z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie!

We were there for four nights in the middle of October. It was very nice, we liked it a lot. The hotel complex is clean and modern. The room is bright, warm, soundproofed. The bathroom is bright, large, with a shower. Toiletries are included (3 in 1) shower gel/shampoo, soap. The breakfast buffet is extensive and everything is freshly prepared, we didn't lack for anything. The time from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. is also generous for late risers. The sauna area is great, modern, new, clean! You can use it from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., you can get bathrobes on site, even for children. We didn't have any communication problems. German-speaking. Parking spaces are behind the hotel, with a barrier, secured for an additional charge. The price is OK, the same everywhere in the area. We also found the location good, about 1 km to the center on foot, about 500 m to the beach promenade.

Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig, das Bad groß und modern. Pool und Sauna-Bereich sind schön, sauber und nicht überfüllt (das Wasser könnte wärmer sein). Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr reichhaltig, viele herzhafte Speisen und frischem Obst. Nur zwei kleine negative Punkte: Die Verständigung mit der Rezeption (Deutsch und Englisch) war kaum möglich. Außerdem wurde uns gesagt (und es steht auch geschrieben), dass wir bis 21:00 Uhr (letzte Bestellung um 20:30) à la carte zu Abend hätten essen können, wir wurden leider aber um 20:00 abgewiesen … Sonst alles fein!
