I was in this hotel with my daughter (23) and son (16) in premium app. just last week. Accommodation was nice, but the cleaning average. A la carte restaurant food very good quality - we can recommend. We can not recommend half board restaurant: 1. Average food, nothing special for sea location 2. Absolutely not acceptable service - as a F&B profi I was really suffering while waiters were cleaning tables very disturbing way throwing constantly something on the floor. Very dirty chairs and tables. 3. No salt on the tables, only pepper - we have not understand this till the end of our stay..... 4. Screaming children everywhere Swimming pool area - nice place, which was ment as a relax zone. Again, too crowded, people jumping to the water despite restrictions, screaming all the time. Receptionists does not speak English, neither German very well, this would not be any of the issue, if they will be smiling..... Area itself is quiet, nice. If you do not mind all the "issues", take the chance to go as soon as possible. In the area are intented to be built at least 2 big areas - appartements and one very big hotel - overcrowd....

Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu. Jedyne plusy to dobre jedzenie i lokalizacja. W dniu przyjazdu od samego początku zgłaszaliśmy że mamy zimno w pokoju. Nikt nic nie naprawił a zmianę pokoju udało nam się wywalczyć dopiero grubo po godzinie 20 z małym dzieckiem. Obsługa miała nas głęboko gdzieś nawet nie zaproponowali czegoś ciepłego w kawiarni. Było do tego stopnia zimno że staliśmy wszyscy w łazience jedyne miejsce gdzie było ciepło z włączona suszarka do włosów. Telewizja nie działała, internet tez co zgłaszałam ale nikt do nas nie przyszedł. Problemy z ogrzewaniem z tego co wiem były też w innych pokojach. Nie wrócę i nikomu nie polecę tego miejsca. Drunk and smoking guests stayed on the balcony. Loud music all day. Shouting in the hallway and in the rooms. Absolutely no rest. Lots of people eating, hardly any space. The buffet is very tight. No recommendation.

Very good hotel in a good location. We had booked a double room in the "Deluxe" class for 4 nights. The room was very spacious and very well equipped, including bathrobes and slippers. The food was very good, even if the buffet seemed rather small. Thanks to the good staffing levels in the dining area, the buffet was always very well stocked and the selection of sausages, salads and hot dishes in the evening was very good. The cleaning management was a cause for criticism. When we entered the room after arrival, we noticed that the floor had obviously not been vacuumed with the necessary meticulousness. There were still various pieces of fluff on the floor. Stains in the flooring cannot always be completely avoided. However, the fact that a boxing glove on the floor behind the curtain was overlooked is certainly worthy of criticism. There was a coffee stain on the bedside table next to the right bed, which was not wiped away until the last day. In the bathroom, which is sufficiently large and has good facilities, there were stains on the large mirror. These were also not removed until the day of departure. We suspect that daily cleaning is not carried out. It doesn't always have to be that way. However, that presupposes that the room must be in immaculate condition when it is moved into. Only the wastepaper baskets/trash cans in the room and bathroom were emptied daily. The towels were changed the day before we left. There is obviously a lack of control management by those responsible, as, for example, a flattened mosquito was stuck to the elevator door on our floor from the first to the last day of our stay. A cleaner should recognize something like that and remove it. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay.

There is only one thing to say, it was an experience worth it. Once and never again. Unfriendly, cleaning is a foreign word, half board, you get full but it wasn't a hit. For pensioners and those who don't know anything different, it's guaranteed to be paradise. For that money, I'd fly abroad again and have all-inclusive and friendly staff, intact rooms, etc. Smokers and those who go to bed early are in good hands there.
