I was bitterly disappointed with the hotel. They only supplied a single pillow for each bed and I had to ask a few times for a second pillow. The beds were super hard and even though they do not allow smoking, guests next door to us were smoking on the balcony. The staff at reception were unfriendly and it felt like we had to beg just to get service. The package we bought, All Inclusive, was misleading and was buffet breakfast and dinner (which consisted of left overs from the evening before) and lunch was a set 3 courses. No drinks were included outside of breakfast or dinner which would make this at best Half-Board. The pool area was nice but the guests with children had the run of the place and the parents nor the lifeguard did anything about it. Locationwise, the hotel is located in a perfect position just a couple 100m from the beach. I would not recommend this hotel to any international travellers due to language issues and the things mentioned above.

We had the displeasure of staying at the Diva Spa Hotel over the past Easter long weekend (All inclusive). We arrived on Friday (18Apr25), excited to be visiting the Baltic Sea for the first time, parked and hustled to check-in, eager to get the weekend started! Issues started at check-in, where despite hotel signage being in Polish and German, the staff barely spoke German or English for that matter. But, not willing to have our spirits damped, we get our room cards and confusing information about breakfast, lunch and dinner times, and head off to drop our luggage and take the very short walk from the hotel to the beach. The beach is truly beautiful, and after a walk we head back to the hotel to jump in the pool/jacuzzi. Just a side note here - the towels provided for the pool are TINY - so you need 3 to be close to a bath towel that is expected at a pool. The pool is really nice, however there are only 13 loungers and half are broken. Even though you pay a "spa-tax", the Diva Spa Hotel is NOT a spa/relation hotel, it's a family hotel. The pool area is a children's playground with balls flying in all directions, including onto people that are trying to relax in loungers, with zero interest from the lifeguard. The kids even slide off the spout that is in place for people to stand under for their shoulders. The sauna area is great, but again overrun with children coming in and out like a turnstile at a mall. Same with the Jacuzzi's. After the pool experiences, we decided to get ready for dinner - which was probably the worst dinner I have ever had. Watery "goulash", dry, tasteless broccoli in pasta, questionable looking fish. There is a small bar in the Bella Donna restaurant (where all meals are served) that closes at 22h00, but there is no comfortable bar/lounge area to sit and have a chat over a few drinks. One shout here - Karina at the bar/entrance to the restaurant was fantastic. The following morning we were greeted with a subpar breakfast, which at least included some bacon and an egg station where the guy, albeit very sweet, couldn't fry an egg to save his life, but at least he was nice. We spent the morning in the jacuzzi, dodging children and went for lunch. We were VERY surprised to get a roast with some potatoes - compared to dinner the night before - this was a meal fit for a king! The only thing you get o drink over lunch is water (yes, water in an all inclusive package that does not include alcohol). We swam, sauna'd etc for the rest of the afternoon and proceeded to dinner. Which was the same as lunch with some sausages. Breakfast on Easter Sunday saw a slightly better spread and some table cloths on the tables. We went across to the supermarket the day before and got out own prosecco to add mimosas. We had booked a relaxation massage at 11h00 and this was a pure disaster. The guy at the reception of the spa was just plain rude. There was no way the massage could be classified as a massage, it was a rubdown with oil. We all asked for them to put in some pressure and all 3 of us were told "no" as it was a "relaxation". Lunch was dodgy sausage and potatoes - do not recommend. But what was worse is that the same sausage was also served for dinner (with some chicken wings which were at least good). However, we thought that dinner on our first night was bad! We did not expect breakfast to be even worse on the Easter Monday. The Sauerkraut and sausages from the previous evening were then warmed up and served for breakfast. We ran out of toilet paper as housekeeping did not come into the rooms on the Sunday, so when we asked for a roll on the Monday morning, the housekeeping lady initially said no, as we were checking out! This at 9am when we still had the room till 12. I mean, come on, "no" to a roll of toilet paper! Overall, my comments are: 1. Do not book this hotel 2. The staff at reception are probably the rudest I have ever encountered 3. The food is just plain terrible 4. The facilities are not just dated, but not maintained 5. One nice thing is that dogs are allowed - so we saw a whole bunch of cute ones 6. Whilst the pool is actually quite nice, the fact that there are very few loungers and overrun with kids, makes it anything but relaxing

    Excepțional

5/5 very close to the seq , tasty food, I would recommend everyone who want to visit Kołobrzeg and spend time nicely. On breakfast there were lot of food, really fresh bread from local farmers, no doubt food was the main source of my satisfaction
