Hotel New Skanpol

I had a really good 6-day stay at New Skanpol in Kołobrzeg. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices both at breakfast and dinner time – something for everyone to enjoy. The wellness area was another highlight, with a relaxing swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, perfect after a day of exploring. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, which made for a restful stay. The only downside was that after two days of traveling, I was hoping for a room with a better view, but that was a minor detail compared to the overall experience. The staff deserve special mention – they were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would happily recommend New Skanpol to anyone visiting Kołobrzeg.

Payed 70 zloty on the hotel for an attended parking. Drove to parking and I was not let into the parking lot even showing receipt and hotel card as instructed by receptionist. Had to drive back to hotel and reception where they say I should go again to parking and had to drive back to parking and now let in by the attendant. I do believe the attendant tried to scam me for money. No ac in a hot hotel room I booked over booking.com and I would not recommend any one take this hotel

I recently presented here for a conference for approximately 100 individuals. Our conference planner was Kinga. She was attentive to our every need. When we called to ask if we could come do a site recon, she was happy to meet with us. As we talked through details of the conference, she provided us with complimentary (non-alcoholic) drinks from the restaurant. There were little items that we needed like notepads, pens, butcher block paper, pencils - she provided it all. The conference room had plenty of space for tables and chairs for all our people. My only complaint was with the columns towards the front of the room that made it hard for some participants to see me present. Lunch was exquisite, with plenty of options, to include dietary considerations if needed. Several of our people took advantage of the onsite spa. Even though we didn't stay the night, the hotel made us feel very much at home. Huge thanks to Kinga, front desk, spa staff, and restaurant team for putting up with us!

Really great stay for 3 days. Relax with sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool. Rooms are large , tidy and comfortable. We had half pension, food was great, fresh, variety and always enough for everyone. The service was remarkable from the lobby to cleaning ladies. Always ready to help, to advise. Can only recommend and testify that this score is earned. Thank you again all the stuff for a nice stay and hope to come back one day.

Very friendly staff, excellent location right in the heart of the city within walking distance to all attractions. Excellent food. Great spa facility. A big enough swimming pool and a nice and cozy sauna. VERY CLEAN facilities! All the staff went out of their way to show their sympathy and offer their help and assistance right after they found out that we both had a horrific accident while crossing the street. We are both very grateful as well as thankful. There were two things that made me give this establishment a four star note instead of five: for one the mattresses were so old, used and outdated that made my sleep very uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the floor. The second issue is about the shower head. There was enough water pressure but yet it did not function as it badly needed descaling. Summery; this establishment deserves a 5 star review only if these two major points are addressed.
