The Location is pretty luxurious . priced at the luxury/premium rate ,the Building is luxurious, facilities are modern ...taking the pride on their Oyster Restaurant THAT is all what is luxurious on this Hotel The Guest Service and Guest Relationship does not come up to the Standard of 5* Hotel Front Office ( the heart of a Hotel ) with the Team is inhospitable and lacking in skills and knowledge on Guest Service and Guest Relationship Front Office Receptionist Adda is arrogantly discriminating and incompetently unprofessional, displayed her feelings that she is annoyed because she has to entertain us The Yes I Can Service Philosophy of RHG and the work ethics is noticeably taken for granted in this Hotel As BRAND LOYAL , with the highest tier of Radisson Rewards membership, we have visited several Properties in Southeast Asia and within Europe and we were always been delighted by the level of personalized service made for a truly luxurious and relaxing Stay at 5* level , but not at RadBlu Resort Swinoujscie there was no luxurious experience for us . We were navigated into the impersonalised Service of letting us feel undervalued through the iunprofessional internal lack of Communications in the Leadership .kudos to Nelson ( Oyster Restaurant ) and Mario ( Lobby Bar ) holding up the standard as should be . Without all these Filipinos Staff , with their warm natural hospitality and good work ethics , this Hotel is impersonalisingly UNAPPEALING . WE have ...indeed .....Feel the Difference ....to quote the Radisson Blu Slogan

Stayed for 3 night in a premium room on two different reservations. Staff super friendly and accommodating, professional and willing to go an extra mile for the customer. Visited also the Oyster restaurant, a gem in the whole place of Swinoujscie not only in the hotel. Special gratitude to Mustafa and Tomasz for their super professional and friendly treatment making our stay memorable. Probably one of the rare properties I stayed in Poland where guests are welcomed with smile :). Will definitely return and recommend to anyone to stay there. A big thank you.

Great location and a nice aqua park, but otherwise the hotel felt crowded and disorganized. We traveled as a family of three and booked a superior room, which was not well designed for 2+1. There was no proper bed or sofa bed for our child, only a reclining armchair without a mattress. Breakfast had plenty of food but was chaotic, with long queues, missing basics, and nowhere to sit comfortably. Dinner was very poor, with little selection and food that was dry and unappetizing. Overall, a stressful experience that did not meet expectations.

I had an amazing stay at the Radisson Blu in Świnoujście. The hotel is perfectly located near the beach and the promenade. My room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was impressive – great variety and high quality. The spa area and indoor pool were perfect for relaxing, and I especially enjoyed the view from the Sky Bar at the top of the hotel. Overall, a luxurious experience I highly recommend – I will definitely come back!
