Royal Tulip Sand Hotel

Terrible service, reception is so useless, we got room very dirty with bugs crawling on the wall. After complain the room was changed, and was much better . Cleaners very nice and helpful. The swimming pool it’s untill 22.00, but 21.50 the guy who was working there( wouldn’t say life guard as wearing jeans 🤨) decided to shut everything, I asked why is he sitting as their clock on the wall was showing 21.50, he said it’s wrong time ( it’s their clock), I had a watch on my wrist also , Apple Watch, was showing also 21.50. He was really angry and wanted to argue. Very rude and disrespectful. Very awful experience with that hotel overall. They don’t care or respect people. We came all the way from south Poland and find the service super dude.Also misleading information and pictures about the hotel, rooftop bar , it’s nothing there but couple of loungers . How can you call it bar no idea. Don’t recommend it and won’t ever stay again.

This hotel looked a bit sterile on the outside, but was wonderfully furnished with attention to detail on the inside. The junior suite was immaculately clean and had everything we required. The hotel even has a pool and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Because only one coffeemaker was operating, there was a line of people waiting to get coffee, so that should be addressed. But overall it was an unexpected delight.

Hotel has a good location. Stuff very friendly. Restaurant has a good menu. Room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is good. We visited in Easter time so we tasted tradinarional Polish foods. Swimming pool and spa were nice.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sand Hotel in Kolobrzeg and had a great time. The service is excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is exceptional with a great variety of options, something for everyone. I stayed in a double room, very spacious. The gym is top class and swimming pool.

My kids, son of 16 and daughter of 14 years, we spent 5 days at the hotel. On our way back home we talked about our stay. All of us ware very very happy with the hotel. Nice rooms, nice spa area, good food also the staff was very friendly. At certain times it is very busy at breakfast and there is only one coffee machine. But coffee is fresh made. We eat mornings and evenings in the hotel so we had quite an overview of the kitchen. Good food! We did a lot of sports and had nice runs at the sea which is very close and enjoyed the spa area. Beauty treatments with a reasonable price with very friendly stuff. All in all the 3 of us would stay here again! My wish for the future would be that the communication with the stuff is a bit easer. They speak no english just a bit of german. When they waiter comes to your table I prefer to have a short personal contact that is nice for the atmosphere. Sometimes I had the impression the do not see me and are very busy doing there job. A small smile makes it nicer for both sides :). Well done, thank you for the stay! ((o; nrad
