Solny Resort

On a tour from Germany and they only told us the name of the hotel just before we arrived, hmmm. To be honest, it sufficed for three nights. The rooms were basic, but the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower, despite the small nozzle, was very powerful. Curtains didn’t fully close but used an hair clip which worked (see photo). Don’t expect the room to be serviced. The WiFi was poor, only worked in a certain part of the room and two of the electric outlets didn’t work. Breakfast was plentiful, although fried eggs and sausages were a bit monotonous. They did have smoked fish which was good. Two coffee machines not enough for the number of guests.

This place is terrible! The hotel is old and all worn down, the rooms were not clean and the staff was very unfriendly. The website says that the staff speaks English - that a lie, no one did. Not even the reception staff! The housekeeping didn’t do any housekeeping they just removed the sign from our door! The breakfast lady was yelling ‘hallooo’ at us when we tried to translate to our children and a service staff member yelled at the children because they locked them self out of their room. A two day nightmare. This was our first time in Poland, hopefully this place does not represent the country.

This place is shocking. Don't be fooled by the photos , this is not what you are getting here, hotel is so tired and dated its unreal. My fathers room was facing a building side ( which also belongs to the hotel) so lovely view and noise first thing in the morning. I booked double room for me and my husband but we got 2 single bed. Beds don't even have a mattresses - just couple of inch thick toppers. Pillows disgusting - stained , dirty and lumpy - this is not acceptable . I joined the queue at the reception of people complaining about accommodation but lady only smiles and shake the shoulders as there is nothing she can do .... Avoid at all costs , there are many decent hotels around and also if you book online its about 30% more expensive than directly so if you are brave enough to stay here book directly. Swimming pool is not available for hotel guests.
