The quality and quantity of dishes served during dinner are very low. No options for children`s meals. The birthday cake order was incorrectly processed.

It's a very nice hotel with its own unique style and character. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.

Beautiful place with hotel and bikes to rent. However, everything was in Polish - even the homepage making you choose between Polish 🇵🇱 and Polish 🇵🇱😳

My car was scratched on the hotel property. The reception staff told me they would investigate the issue, check the security cameras, and inform me who was responsible. However, they never called me back.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, with lovely surroundings and infrastructure such as stables and a park. However, the pool and sauna are of rather low quality. The standard rooms feel more like those in a 2–3 star hotel rather than a 4-star property, especially the bathrooms. The dinners are very good, offering a wide variety of dishes, especially compared to breakfast. The service is kind and helpful. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but at the current price, the quality does not quite match expectations. I probably wouldn’t return or recommend the hotel, but the place itself is beautiful and worth seeing.
