Cristal Resort

Had a very pleasant girls' weekend at this hotel. It was clean, the spa area was great but a bit too small to enjoy. Also was a bit too cold the water temperatures outside and inside. The breakfast was great and there was a large assortment of different food. Location was far from the city centre but you had beautiful views and it was very quiet. It would have been great to have a shuttle bus running so you could get to the base of the trails or the train station more easily (it was about a 30 min walk) especially with the price paid for the room.

This could be a nice place: well designed, comfy, well located, with nice and helpful staff… but it needs proper cleaning! Our room was dirty when we arrived: dirty carpets, some sticky spots on the kitchen table, dirty sink and wc… it was quite disgusting and disappointing :(

Very nice place. Lots of shops and eateries. The mountain nearby and the cable cars are great. The views are fabulous. There is lots to do in this area for couples and families of all ages. There are shops and supermarkets for self catering preferences as well.

Everything was really fine, great apartments with 2 floors(very clean and cute), nice location(15 min. by walk to all popular places), cool personal and good breakfast + dinner. Yes, and the pool and wellness was also very cool! Thank you for your services!:-)

Very nice place for relaxing. Apartment with balcony and view to Krkonoše mountain. Staff was helpful and friendly. Massage was perfect (both girls from spa was fantastic ) . hope to be back. Totally Recommended this place
