This hotel is excellence. All was very well. Service was very nice and helpful. Very friendly SPA zone. Meals prepared with great precision and excellent taste . Close to the centre and to the viewing area. Everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel

My husband and I spent a great weekend in this hotel. This is a good 4star hotel with SPA. There are swimming pool, sauna, turkish sauna, salt room, ice room, outdoor whirlpool and whirlpool with salt water, different massages. We had also included breakfast - everything was fresh and tasty on buffet breakfast. Staff is pleasant and always ready to help. Service is high. We recommend everybody, who likes holidays in mountains , to visit "The White Rock".

I was in this hotel with my family on July/August 2024. Whole week. What can I say is as below, let me start with things which was on plus: - Restaurant & dishes - delicious - during whole week we did not feel ourself hungry :) - 10/10, - Swimming pool & Fun zone for children - v. good IMHO - 8/10, - Location - we chose apartment with view on mountains - incredible - 10/10, - Cleanliness & everyday cleaning - 9/10 (not everyday windows were cleaned - we had dirty ones because of our children - but that is not such a big deal), - Free vouchers for cafe, ice creams, welcome drinks & little gifts for children, What I consern it might be on minus is just one thing & I think in this class of Hotel is kind of a problem. In our bathroom we spotted (3-4 times) silverfish (pol. "rybiki"). They were noticed in the shower, sink & our towels. In my opinion it is an area for imprvement. My personal final opinion is 8,5/10. Calm and relaxing location. Very Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Large food selection in the restaurant and bar. Professional SPA services. Very attractive little town with lots of nice shopping places. Five stars for this Hotel.

Beautiful hotel located in a fantastic scenery.Staff was very helpful.I will return soon and am sad that our stay was to Short. Everything is clean,wellness centre nice and rooms are comfortable. For me was it the most beautiful weekend ever!!!
