Paved road to hotel is in terrible shape (for hotel management to discuss with city of Sklarska). Hotel is unfortunately far from the town itself, car is needed. Would be great if hotel offered (at extra cost) an hourly shuttle service to/from the town of Sklarska. Parking at hotel barely adequate when at full guest capacity. Service at hotel was good and room was comfortable.

Hotel is not pet friendly.Cost for 1 night for dog is 115 zlotych. Is prohibited : to be in lobby with dog, to be in restaurant with dog, dog could be alone at hotel room maximum 20 minuts. In this case is not allowed to enjoy your breakfast and dinner. In room is not dog- bed and dog bowel for water and food. Absollutly unfriendly for guests- for dog and for her owner, too.

This would be a really nice hotel but it’s very poorly managed. Firstly - upon arrival there was a radisson rewards member front office desk (as it’s part of my vip membership - not to wait for the check-in) but nobody cares about it - we stood there, even had a few eye contacts with the receptionist but she chose to ignore me. Secondly - it has never happened to me in Radisson that they would charge a vip member for parking - we already do spend a lot in your hotels, free parking wouldn’t ruin your cashflow. Thirdly, we had a specific inquiry for a dinner so the receptionist send us to search for F&B manager - since we haven’t found her, we asked a waiter but instead of calling the F&B he insisted that we have to talk to him which was pointless as he was incapable of solving our inquiry (the F&B lady saw that, even spoke to the waiter in polish but also chose to ignore the problem instead of solving it as a manager). Next day we’ve decided to have a desser at the lobby - one would believe how hard is to order something in a half empty lobby bar - when we went to pay we’ve discovered that the F&B manager was playing on her phone and after seeing us was very annoyed to do the payment with us. The wellness has no towels for the guest and you can’t take from the room so make sure you bring your own. Also it’s so small that you have like 5% chance to find a spot to sit there. Lastly - that we haven’t got an upgrade is totally fine and understandable due to the full capacity, but that we haven’t even recieved the mountain view room that I asked for was also quite disappointing. Only positive was the 15% discount on F&B which worked surprisingly well here. And I did appreciate the welcome snacks on the room (that’s why the second star). We’ve also recieved a special breakfast offer on our 2nd breakfast which was nice but why can’t they give it already from the begining is something I don’t get.
