White Exclusive Suites & Villas

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this luxury hotel! From the elegant facilities and comfortable rooms to the outstanding quality of service, every detail was carefully considered to ensure a truly memorable stay. I would especially like to highlight the receptionists, Sara and Catarina, for their exceptional friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. They welcomed me with warm smiles, were always willing to help, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. A special thank you to Sara and Catarina for making my stay even more special!

The hotel impresses with its stylish interior and wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. The only exception was the courteous and professional attitude of the receptionist. The rest of the staff left us with the impression that there was a lack of attentiveness and appropriate manners. We were also disappointed with the food. There was confusion with our orders, and the salads were not fresh. We believe that the level of service and the quality of the food should reflect the hotel’s class and the high standards it claims to uphold.

We stayed as a birthday celebration for my husband’s 60 th birthday. We all travel constantly all around the world in the most amazing resorts 5*+ and places . I chose this place for its location and the fact that it was a small boutique hotel. I booked 2 suites and the big villa Casa Rocha. The staff is inefficient , not professional and do not listen or take note to your requests properly. It felt like they were a bunch of amateur. In a nutshell the service was poor and we felt as if we were staying in a Airbnb. The villa was €9000 for 4 days and the suites €495/ night. The food was good at their restaurant but the breakfast in the villa as just ok . Good views to the sea so they have a very good location. I was very disappointed and fortunately we were with friends celebrating a special occasion.

This was an amazing experience! The property was so beautiful, our room was perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had dinner there twice and it was excellent. Breakfast had endless options and was a great way to start our days!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the White. The views are beautiful, the property clean and very relaxing. We stayed on a first floor room; we liked the convenience of being able to walk right out, we never felt it was too noisy (as some other reviews mentioned). If we stayed again I would maybe try for an upgraded upstairs room solely for the light - the first floor room was a little dark in the bathroom area, otherwise was totally fine! The breakfast provided every morning was more than plentiful! Fresh juice of the day, breads and butter and jam and then able to order off the menu. We ate dinner there the first night, which was tasty but by far our most expensive meal of the trip (expected since at a hotel). The pool was great and we loved that it was heated, since some of the days were a little chilly, even in July. (We stayed at the sister property, Santa Barbara, after this and their pool was not heated and was too cold to enjoy) We really enjoyed our stay here. It felt relaxed and special, and we hope to be back on day!
